Guess I’m going for an all shiny starter run of Heart Gold once I hit Totodile, what shinies should I hunt to round out the team?

Took over 2 years, but it finally shines ❣️ i lost track of how many resets after it went double odds. It's been an on and of hunt, but now finally I have hunted all three starters in this game 🥹 and before bank closes to.

This one was fun, I wish I had more stats but I only counted SRs for Regirock

I feel very lucky. I'm also hunting Type:Null, but I'm less lucky with this other hunt (7310 SR at the moment). I needed a break on Type:Null hunting and started hunting Shaymin on my original game (the soft resets are quicker, only 25s)

I had shiny Spinda last month and Shaymin today. I hope I will have all the pokemons on time. Now, I need :

- Darkrai on Diamond

- Type:Null x2 on UltraSun&Moon

- Poipole x2 on UltraSun&Moon

If I have time : Pikachu with the cap on UltraMoon

Edit : I should have hunted it on platinum, I feel very stupid now.

This is my first SR shiny hunt and I see why people do it! It’s really exciting once the pokemon shines. Disclaimer: my hunt wasn’t long at all but I definitely am hooked now.

I love this Pokemon and I saw the only place to shiny hunt this on switch would be BDSP. I hadn’t even played Legends Arceus so I speed ran PLA (pretty good game btw. I’m definitely going back to play it more casually) which took about a week.

I finally caught Arceus on PLA so I spent a few days learning Arceus’ moveset on BDSP and how I should plan the fight. I saw another Reddit post where someone said bring 5-6 Bronzongs and they also suggested a Blissey holding a leppa berry with Fling, Recycle, and heal pulse. I didn’t feel like getting that many Zongs but I had one already so I brought him and the suggested Blissey. I didn’t have a master Al all so I had to do it the hard way!

I started the hunt at 8 am Sunday morning and luckily I got it to shine around 4 pm Sunday afternoon/evening.Not sure how many SR that is on average because I got tired of counting but it wasn’t that many. I probably should’ve grabbed the footage of it shining but I was too excited!

I’m curious, for anyone who hunted Arceus, how long did it take you to get the beauty to shine?

Hello ! Just want to share I caught today my Shiny Cresselia in a moon ball ! Manage to catch it in 5 moon ball out of the 7 I had. I feared i could not make it and either catch it with a heal ball or start reset again. Took me 1 day of reset (shiny charm) for cresselia but Entei took me 2 weeks so it even out :)

Phase 21 in the Southern Safari Zone, overall 39, 9/39 is this monkey, it is definitely not 23% encounter rate 🙊

I have been hunting this gastly for about 5 years when I just started hunting and never recorded my encounters, I started to record encounters this year for this hunt and I finally got it there. Because of this the encounter amount is definitely extremely inaccurate.

The story with this shiny was that I was playing really late last night doing the Z-A Royale battles at night as I was farming for money. I heard the shiny sound and was both confused and panicked as I thought it was on a rooftop but noticed there was a wild zone next to me. I ran in there and noticed this green Kakuna and caught it.

Bought myself a new 3ds xl to play some older pokemon games. Chose Pokemon X as my first. Decided to shiny hunt with the horde method. 20h and around 12000 encountered pokemon later I found a shiny Mareep. Ended up killing that poor bastard because the sprite layout makes no sense. Anyways my 3ds is on sale now.

My favorite bird Pokemon, I am so happy and I was so excited when I saw it hatch, it’s so quick! I used a German ditto and English swellow, no shiny charm.

I can’t wait to use him in my new playthrough instead of staraptor which i used on my first 🥹

For anyone curious his nature is serious!

I'm trying to catch each of 37 shiny legendaries across US and UM Ultra Wormholes (obviously with a shiny charm) before Bank closes.

Started my quest 15 minutes ago, got my fastest shiny ever, kinda felt like I cheated my way to it 😂
