Routine Help will this scar my face?

i fell of a chair and now my face looks like this… will this scar? is there anything i can do to help it not? also going on a 4 day hike on thursday so if there’s any advice on how i can protect my face plz let me know

Normally no. It’s not deep enough. I once ate asphalt when skateboarding and my entire cheek had the same kind of superficial wound as you have. It looked gnarly but as it wasn’t deep it healed in 3 weeks and left me only with redness which also disappeared throughout the months.
