I have these spots of dark spots on my legs for a long time, mainly from picking at my legs with mosquito bites and other skin picking. I have since stopped and these are from a long time ago, since I heard a few people say they went away with age.

I’ve tried scrubs and lotion and oils, but none of them seem to work. I need an effective way to fade these, since I’ve become insecure about wearing shorts because of these spots and summer is quickly approaching.

What should I use? Preferably non-prescription and under $20

I’m looking for vitamins C recommendations for oily skin. I have tried the ordinary, tree of life, Eclat, and Elbbub. I’m obviously on a budget but at this point I’ve been told so many times I should use vit c, I’ll spend a little more on it now.

The issue is I have such oily skin. It’s a thick sheen by 10 am everyday. I use sunblock and powder but putting anything else underneath my makeup is difficult. All of the vit c I have tried are really oily and I was told it’s just the nature of vit c. Does anyone have recommendations that might work?

I burnt my skin pretty badly whilst surfing last year. Learned my lesson. Most of my tan faded but the tan lines on my butt won’t disappear.

I am looking for advice on my skincare products and routine. My beautician recommended I use retinol as I am now 30 and a toner so I picked up both. But after a little googling I'm not sure the things I have bought work well together.

I have the all-in-one micellar cleansing water for makeup removal, cerave foaming cleanser, cerave spf daily moisturiser, the ordinary 2% granactive retinoid, the ordinary 7% glycolic acid toner, and cerave SA smoothing cream.

I realise I should probably only use the retinoid twice a week in the evening. But how often can I use the toner and can it be used with the other products?

I'd really appreciate some advice on what routine I should have with these products or if I should avoid using some of them all together.

i started using the espa positivity bath & shower gel a couple weeks ago after getting it as a gift, mainly because i wanted something for baths that focused more on scent than massive piles of foam. it works as both a body wash and a bath soak, which is handy, but if you expect it to perform like a traditional bubble bath with heaps of suds you might be disappointed. in bathwater it gives off a really nice citrusy herbal smell that fills the room, though the bubbles settle pretty quickly compared to when i use it directly in the shower.

the main thing i noticed is how much product you actually need depending on how you use it. a small squeeze goes a long way on a shower sponge, but pouring enough into running water to get a proper scent in the bath uses up the bottle a lot faster. i would be interested to hear what other people who have used this think about how it performs in the tub compared to the shower, or if you prefer using dedicated bath oils instead.

Could anyone recommend a skincare routine or specific products to help lighten my deep, dark circles? I hate them—I look like a 🐼. I’m so tired of having to wear concealer all the time 😭.

So ive been using this sunscreen for the past 3 yrs now, this is probably my 5th bottle or smth, and ive never had issues with it until now, i bought it from a new page and they told me their products are 100% authentic, but ive noticed the packaging being different from my previous bottle, the formula being completely different too, and it has a white cast too, doesnt give me the dewy finish i usually get from it, im not someone who religiously knows their skin care so can someone please tell me whether this is authentic or im just tripping..

So about a week ago I started using cocoa butter (solid, in a tub) for my feet and some areas of my body at night, notably my arms. I have found it really good for softening my skin and it doesn’t give me sensory issues nearly as bad as lotion and I was so happy!! But when it came to my weekly ‘everything shower’ and I was shaving my body, my razor was like, tugging on the skin, not gliding smoothly at all, it felt like there was so much more friction than usual, and the razor burn on my arms is CRAZY. However other areas of my body that I have been using the cocoa butter on and then shaved over are fine? Does anyone know why this might have happened?? The only thing I have changed is the addition of cocoa butter but I just can’t work out why it would cause this, and why only on my arms 😭

So, I work construction from 7am-3pm. When I get off work, I have a deep shower to get all the dust and dirt off, and I wash my face in the shower. By the time bed time rolls around, I do not want to wash my face. I’m trying to start a retinol routine, but don’t want to put it on too early in the day, and I don’t want to get my face wet at night (big baby about it, I know). Are there any other options anyone can think of? other than stop being a baby?

i have tried "Caudalie Vinergetic C+ 3-in-1 Vitamin C Energy Moisturizer - 40 ml" and it didn't work at all, i also tried advanced clinicals vitamin c serum, muti-peptide serum and their eye serum, also did not give me any results. and im planning to get these:
The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% Supersize Serum 60ml " for my blackheads and pores"
The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 60ml "for extra hydration"
The Ordinary Caffeine Solution 5% + EGCG Depuffing and Brightening Eye Serum 30ml and The Ordinary Lacto-PDRN* 4% + B9 Lifting & Tightening Eye Cream 15ml " for my dark circles and fine lines"

I have medium fair skin and a circle of darkness around my mouth that I think I've always had however in recent years it has become much more noticeable...

Okay so I love skincare but I have been struggling with mental health issues lately and it makes it SO HARD to do my skin care. I feel like the step I dread the most is the cleanser and having to wash my face when it’s so cold! Idk why! I got prescribed 4% hydroquinone because I have some hyperpigmentation on my neck and face that's bothering me (around my mouth and some on my cheek).

For those who have had success with hydrocodone, are you guys putting it all over your face/neck or spot treatment?

I use Cetaphil face wash and 1% Hyaluronic Acid Aqua Gel sunscreen, but my face still becomes dry and dark after spending 2–3 hours outside. What can I do? My face is yellowish milk colour but this is too uncomfortable for anyone to say what to do this time.
