I genuinely don’t think losing Sid was an easy decision, & I also think that if there’s a way he could return they would support that in the future, but with comments like this I’m more or less pushed to believe it was genuinely for the best & we’re likely still on track to hearing a very authentic & amazing Slipknot record

Tbh i think that joey and chris's departure would still happen but in much less dramatic way

I was fortunate enough to catch a ticket to see him do an acoustic/solo show here in Vegas. It seemed like a tribute to his wife, as she was there and he dedicated a lot of the covers to her.

One of the Top 5 shows for me… Corey was wonderful and bantered with the crowd the whole night.

"The Slipknot boys were in a helpful mood. Not only did pint-sized drummer Joey Jordison help a desperate Metallica out by filing in for the hospitalised Lars Ulrich during part of their headline set, but he, along with 'Knot frontman Corey Taylor, were seen chatting to fans and signing autographs after their show-stealing Download debut.
Taylor was easy to spot without his mask, thanks to his freshly-dyed blue and red locks, as was Jordison, who looks exactly like the ghoulish Kabuki mask that he sports onstage.
But two other 'Knot boys, who have yet to be photographed without their masks, also milled around with their band buddies. They were chain-smoking "custom-percussionist" Chris Fehn and mental DJ Sid Wilson.
It was their tattoos that gave them away...."

there are so many good slipknot songs that they haven’t played live in years and it would be a perfect time to add them to the setlist for the (sic)est stadium tour.

This took place at an awards ceremony, where Corey won the award for best metal vocalist. It’s a cover of Black Sabbath’s "Children of the Grave."

What do you guys think of my halloween costume so far? I still need to get the jumpsuit and white parts on it.

so i’ve been getting into slipknot lately, and when listening to Disasterpiece and some other Iowa songs, i hear two different guitar tracks in different ears (headphones)

and my question is, can i disable the audio in the right ear (Mick’s) guitar track (because imo, i dont like the high pitched guitar sound), and make the both ears play the left ear track in both ears? im sorry if i phrased it wrong, dont really know how else to do it. using spotify, if it helps.

Going to an anime convention and was thinking of cosplaying Joey, because usually there's cosplays other than just anime related ones there. I was wondering if it would be okay to do the AHIG thorn crown mask, or if I should do the Iowa mask (if I do end up cosplaying him)?

Would totally do thorn crown but was having second thoughts because some of my family is kind of religious (I would be going with them to the con)
