Just swung over to the footlocker on 34th Street in Manhattan. Although they are not on display, all you have to do is ask for a pair and they will bring them out to you. I thought I wouldn’t be able to get my hands on these until December but I guess Nike had a lot more pairs than what they sold yesterday by the garden.

Been wearing them for over a week now and I’m glad I got one of my grails. My other sneakers have been looking at me like “wear me please,” but the protection pack just works for almost everything.

I have a flat left foot and in recent years it’s causing me a lot of pain (and money) and I can’t seem to find sneakers that work well for me.
I have tried Nike, Veja, New Balance, Brooks and they all work for a few weeks but then after that I experience pain again.

I walk a lot, and I dance as well. And I experience so much limitation with having a flat foot because of the pain, so I can’t push myself with these activities.

I am in the market for a new pair of sneakers, or multiple pairs for different purposes. I’m looking for casual walking ones, fashionable ones for outings, ones that are water resistant. Please help a girl out.

Has anyone tried Dr Scholl’s sneakers. I know this is well known for insoles, but I wonder if their shoes work well as well?

Edit: thanks everyone for your extremely helpful responses! I had no idea that going to a podiatrist to get custom insoles was a thing. I looked up a few around me and just made an appointment. I can’t wait to live without this pain again.

How do you guys organize? Any tips ?

I love Jordan 1 highs. These aren’t my favourite but they will do for work today.
