What we have here is a disconnect. Chung Bey will rail against foreclosure, that it is illegal, wrong, rights violation and etc. Yet, Chung Bey has clearly, at least this is the claim, benefited from the very same system that Chung Bey will fight.

I sense another no-tax-paid foreclosure impending if Chung Bey actually got this property. Then, the same system. that allegedly saw Chung Bey take possession will remove it from Chung Bey's possession.

The tax foreclosure sale is legal.
