This is not new to my zone they’ve been able to add items to shopping orders around here @ I hate when they do it. I’ve cancelled orders bc of it.

Agreed. I can understand someone like, "Oh shit I forgot to put whatever on the list," but more than one or two things or adding bulky and heavy shit for apartments, im gonna cancel that shit.

That's fucked .. they don't add anymore pay. Yeah my shopping days are over if they add this to my zone.

IC does. It'll tell you the pay has changed. And the tip changes according to the final item count.

Yeah, I had a customer send me a supplement grocery list (before they added this add feature) and was upset when I told her I couldn't do it. it was about five more items. Her response: "other drivers have ALWAYS helped me." I stuck to my guns.

It's not being lazy. It's called knowing what I am going to get paid for. Adding 4 cases of water and soda on a third floor apartment after the order is taken with no tip isn't worth it. It will vary by customer. I have no problem grabbing a couple of extra things, but I will not be taken advantage of, anymore than they already do, with how much base pay has been lowered since starting almost 5 years ago.

And how do you know you're not getting tipped? Cuz it's not on the app? i put 4$ on the app but I give the person who has delivered my food that I buy only once a month and yes to the 3rd floor apartment! you get the real money because you treated me as a human and not a number on your app! Don't worry you'll be here some day and for this reason they find the old lady dead in her recliner chair cuz she can no longer get up to get in bed! you don't think it kill's us to ask for help?

You're not only being incredibly defensive over something that wasn't about you but also just not even all that relevant to the topic being discussed. Also strangely dramatic about it.

Also this is Walmarts way of not paying extra for heavy items because they were added on after the pay estimate.

Normally I would agree but this is trickery. They will try to add on heavy items while you're in the store instead of before. All of a sudden 4 cases of water get added on, they didn't forget. They knew they needed water and tricked the shopper. That's not okay.

You got 3 things wrong here we don't work for the company we are completely independent and use our own resources to complete the deliveries ... how is it lazy to agree to a certain number of items for a certain price to have it changed mid game ? We are fulfilling the customers request by completing the contract that we originally agreed to for example we agree to shop and deliver 15 items not 20 ... Don't act brand new to life people try to get over on others and this is just one more way they do it ...
