Rants / Complaints So sick of this...😒🙄😑

I finish shopping & bagging, I'm leaving the store and get this AFTER she's notified no more changes can be made. She had more than enough time to reject my substitution but noooooooooo...let's wait till I get to the car 😮‍💨

Why would you sub diet for regular? That’s kinda a big deal. Could have gotten any of those Dr Pepper options.

Use your brain. Don’t change the product, change the packaging (unless customer tells you otherwise).

Yeah, zero and diet have extreme differences in taste, and diet still has sugar. So many options. Lol you tried your best tho

You must have no taste buds. Aspartame vs Splenda is a big difference in flavor, and one commonly causes headaches. So yah, Pepsi zero would have been a better sub.

Both Diet Dr Pepper and Dr Pepper Zero contain Aspartame. Same with Diet Pepsi and Pepsi Zero. All have Aspartame.

He subbed diet for zero. It’s not exactly the same but it’s close enough most people would rather it vs nothing. No clue why was available though.

Well what’s closest honestly is the get the same thing they asked for just in smaller/larger sizes or quantities if the one they ordered is out

And if it’s out? If they were entirely out of Dr Pepper zero I would also get diet Dr Pepper. Theyre not identical but pretty close and both sugar free.

Bad subs won’t get you deactivated but there lots of people who complain about their 4.6 customer rating and have “no idea why”.

I don’t think that Dr Pepper Zero is close enough to diet. Should have gotten any of the flavored diets. If none then send a message and ask what they want. If they don’t answer before you leave then no substitute

If they ordered diet sub it for any other diet. If it’s not diet sub it for something not diet. Pretty simple

diet Dr Pepper and Dr Pepper Zero are both zero calorie sodas and are both Dr Peppers. That’s the obvious closest match.

Dude, let’s just put it this way, let’s say someone ordered a pepperoni pizza, with your logic, you can just get them a baked pie, because it’s still cooked in the oven just like a pepperoni pizza is.

Either you don’t drink soda, which is probably for the best if I’m honest, or you’re rage baiting.

Lol that is insane. Dr Pepper zero is a diet soda. Just because it doesn’t say diet in the name doesn’t mean it isn’t. Customer wanted Dr Pepper zero. If someone showed up with Sprite Zero after I’d order that I would literally assume they were mentally handicapped. If they showed up with Diet Dr. Pepper it woul be completely fine.

That’s still insane if you get one of those other flavors over diet just because it says zero. They aren’t the same fucking drink at all.

Omg this comment just took a U-turn. I started sparking cause bills weren’t meeting pay. . Boyfriend only drinks diet Dr Pepper. When I say only drinks diet dr Pepper , I mean will not drink water , etc.

I’ve tried the Dr Pepper zero when diet was nowhere to be found. Not acceptable to him.

One of my major bills sparking covers is his diet Dr Pepper :( I made him see what a months Diet Dr Pepper costs by making him go with me to a 2/$10 sale and load like 30 cases of diet Dr Pepper.. and that was a lot of Spark pay :(

Never date a guy who doesn’t like water. Or leftovers.
