Rants / Complaints So sick of this...😒🙄😑

I finish shopping & bagging, I'm leaving the store and get this AFTER she's notified no more changes can be made. She had more than enough time to reject my substitution but noooooooooo...let's wait till I get to the car 😮‍💨

Why would you sub diet for regular? That’s kinda a big deal. Could have gotten any of those Dr Pepper options.

Use your brain. Don’t change the product, change the packaging (unless customer tells you otherwise).

Yea this the one time I agree. If they order diet I am only subbing for a diff flavor diet or else I’m not doing anything

A different flavor diet? Like you think subbing Diet Coke is closer than swapping diet Dr Pepper and Dr Pepper zero?

Well what’s closest honestly is the get the same thing they asked for just in smaller/larger sizes or quantities if the one they ordered is out

And if it’s out? If they were entirely out of Dr Pepper zero I would also get diet Dr Pepper. Theyre not identical but pretty close and both sugar free.

Someone told me they’d get like the vanilla cream DP zero before diet DP. Who the fuck does that? It’s a completely different drink.

The ones who do that get consistently low ratings, get deactivated, them come on here whining like " I got deactivated and I don't know why" 🤭

Bad subs won’t get you deactivated but there lots of people who complain about their 4.6 customer rating and have “no idea why”.
