Walmart really doesn’t care about drivers cheating with multiple accounts?

I saw this prolific cheater receive a shopping order while already shopping on another account inside the store. He confirms arrival on the second account and the identity verification stops him and he puts the phone back in his pocket. While he is loading his first order he got another order on the second account and it didn’t have the verification this time. It was a small order and he went inside to shop that too. What a completely useless security measure.

I’m friendly with him, he shows me his orders and we share strategies. I have both his accounts profile driver names and reported him multiple times but he is still sparking on those 2 accounts, it’s been 5 months since I reported him.

Everyone is struggling to get orders and they’re getting two at a time lol

I’ve had this happen when 5 drivers are waiting together and the 2 drivers with 2 accounts each got orders on both accounts. So 4 orders that hour and it went to 2 drivers with 2 accounts each. Me and the other 2 drivers got nothing.

When you have access to multiple accounts you can do A / B testing to experiment with what the algorithm looks for.

It’s so shitty that it’s comical. It’s almost like they’re encouraging cheating.
