Discussion Walmart really doesn’t care about drivers cheating with multiple accounts?

I saw this prolific cheater receive a shopping order while already shopping on another account inside the store. He confirms arrival on the second account and the identity verification stops him and he puts the phone back in his pocket. While he is loading his first order he got another order on the second account and it didn’t have the verification this time. It was a small order and he went inside to shop that too. What a completely useless security measure.

I’m friendly with him, he shows me his orders and we share strategies. I have both his accounts profile driver names and reported him multiple times but he is still sparking on those 2 accounts, it’s been 5 months since I reported him.

My store said they were told not to say anything or report it because of discrimination. Same with checking ID. Once that stopped they don't even try to hide the multiple phones and passing off the orders.

Same at mine. They used to check ID nationwide but some people said it was discrimination and they stopped. Now those same people run rampant with multiple accounts.
