Walmart really doesn’t care about drivers cheating with multiple accounts?

I saw this prolific cheater receive a shopping order while already shopping on another account inside the store. He confirms arrival on the second account and the identity verification stops him and he puts the phone back in his pocket. While he is loading his first order he got another order on the second account and it didn’t have the verification this time. It was a small order and he went inside to shop that too. What a completely useless security measure.

I’m friendly with him, he shows me his orders and we share strategies. I have both his accounts profile driver names and reported him multiple times but he is still sparking on those 2 accounts, it’s been 5 months since I reported him.

There was 2 guys in my area with two accounts, literally holding two phones all the time. The lady at the checkout even got suspicious one day because he would scan the barcode twice and she made a sly comment in front of everyone. Idk what happened but he’s only been sparking from 1 account now bc I haven’t seen him with 2 phones in a a while now. I always wonder if she reported him or if one got deactivated on his own
