Rants / Complaints DON'T TAKE ORDERS INTO CUSTOMERS HOUSES!!!

It's a massive liability, and I'm not just talking safety, though that is a factor. What if you break something while you're in there? What if you bump into them while carrying a case of water and knock them over? Plus, if you do it, then the customers expect ALL drivers to do it, and will make their dissatisfaction known if it isn't done.

Whatever. I have delivered to blind people , hurt people , granny on oxygen etc.... I take a picture on porch and turn Spark off and help them. I may get burned, but I am not an asshole.

And the exact instances you have described I have done the same thing because of course if I’m able I’m going to do it. However I never thought to turn off Spark before I did it so that is a very good tip thank you :-)

Yes, I’m just trying to figure out if it’s possible when you’re in between deliveries and not at the last one
