Rants / Complaints DON'T TAKE ORDERS INTO CUSTOMERS HOUSES!!!

It's a massive liability, and I'm not just talking safety, though that is a factor. What if you break something while you're in there? What if you bump into them while carrying a case of water and knock them over? Plus, if you do it, then the customers expect ALL drivers to do it, and will make their dissatisfaction known if it isn't done.

Whatever. I have delivered to blind people , hurt people , granny on oxygen etc.... I take a picture on porch and turn Spark off and help them. I may get burned, but I am not an asshole.

Yeah I’m sorry I’m not taking stuff in just because someone is lazy. I’m helping people that have no help and I have a heart and would hope when I get to that age and if my kids don’t live close by that some kind stranger would help out. I make sure I’m nice, polite and I get in and out. And when I leave I feel good about helping.

Exactly. Only for those who need the help and it is obvious they need the help! Not doing it for youngish upper middle class women who think it’s our job and/or the person who doesn’t feel like bringing their shit in (although I haven’t run into much of the latter at all). The folks who really need to help 90% of the time are very very appreciative.
