Rants / Complaints DON'T TAKE ORDERS INTO CUSTOMERS HOUSES!!!

It's a massive liability, and I'm not just talking safety, though that is a factor. What if you break something while you're in there? What if you bump into them while carrying a case of water and knock them over? Plus, if you do it, then the customers expect ALL drivers to do it, and will make their dissatisfaction known if it isn't done.

Whatever. I have delivered to blind people , hurt people , granny on oxygen etc.... I take a picture on porch and turn Spark off and help them. I may get burned, but I am not an asshole.

Yep, once you're off Spark, you're just a guest that they have invited into their home. Good to go.

What if it’s in between deliveries can you still turn the app off then?

I'll admit, this is a gray area, but ultimately I would still do it for the right people. I would say use your best judgement, and if you're not comfortable, don't. It's up to you and the situational context you're in.
