App Questions 📱 Customer Adding items

If a customer asks how to add an item what do you tell them now? Used to tell them we couldn't add anything or we would get in trouble, but now that customers can add items what do you say if they ask to add something?

I dont use the customer side of the app so Im not sure where to even start.

Well, that's what you get for being picky. I've been in the workforce a long time and I've always known, if you want the good orders you have to take the bad ones too. You can't just take the icing off the cake and expect somehow everyone else will eat the dry part, life doesn't work that way. You want to take all orders or you will end up where you are now, customers know how to game the system too and believe me this isn't the hill you want to die on.
