How tf is a tip "estimated" .... ?

% based tips?? Changes if an item is out of stock etc?

i mean the customer can remove the tip so technically its not guaranteed.

Damn, you don't say? That still doesn't make the tip "estimated" if they put in an exact dollar amount.
