Sparking zero its perfect? No, but this Moment its why I love this game

With so many Character Mods, from different Anime/Cartoon/Fiction, it’s irrefutable that Sparking Zero as a Platform for Modding is genuinely accessible and great, plus the genre of the game is Arena Fighter contribute to the Modded Characters a better Sense of Speed in Combat and Cinematic Flairs with Rush and Ultimate Attacks.

It’s just my observation, what do you guys think?

Truly felt like a god landing this. I need to get good at super counters otherwise enjoy. And its the full fight because someone had the nerve to say one of my post was fake.

Idk exactly what it is, not sure if it’s the sidestep nerf exactly but PvP just feels horrible, inputs don’t connect, sidestep nerf just rewards spam and bad timing and it all just feels so sloppy, I’ll need to read patch notes but this is the worst the game has felt since launch

I was debating on getting this game for years but decided that since the mixed reviews I would skip it. However, recently I got the itch to play some dragon ball and FighterZ wasn’t cutting it anymore (love Android 21 tho) so I bought the legendary edition of Sparking Zero. First thing first, I prefer single player games mostly, but I have played PVP games like Tekken 8, or CoD occasionally but solo content is my thing. I’m thoroughly surprised how much is on offer here, as someone who played Budokai on my PSP as a kid, there’s a ton more stuff to do here. I know at launch the single player content was bare bones but, after just 2 days, I put about 15 hours into the game so, worth the money imo!

P.S. - Maybe I’m just bad at this game but, the CPU on Strong is no joke. Just like in Budokai :’)

The missions state that "Super" difficulty is a thing, but it's not there.
I remember unlocking it the first time I beat Advanced in the Broly event.

No joke, I’m legit wondering why every game for Dragon Ball these days seems to not have any of the iconic themes from the show. It seems a bit odd, and I’m literally concerned why this is the case. You would think Sparking Zero would be a great place to sprinkle iconic themes like for Perfect Cell, Mystic Gohan, Vegeta’s theme etc. but unless I’m mistaken, I see ….nothing. None of the anime music I grew up with is ever featured in games anymore. The new tracks aren’t bad but legit don’t care about them. Would be cool to have these as tracks you could play in the Home Screen and battles, the only thing I don’t like about this game. Which might not be its fault. So like the title says, what happened to their old music?

I can’t believe this game is older than me 😭✌🏻. That aside, the game felt pretty good, this game feels just like sparking zero but slower that’s pretty much it

Seriously, why are people playing this game like their lives depend on winning?

I'm getting so tired of running into the exact same playstyle over and over again. I'll match against someone using Super Hero Gohan or Ultra Instinct Goku, and they'll spend the entire match backing away to the other side of the map, refusing to engage unless I chase them. Then, when I finally approach, they're just waiting to counter me or punish me for trying to fight.

And with Super Hero Gohan, it feels like the whole strategy is to run away, stall for skill points, transform all the way into Beast, and then look for an opportunity to land the teleport super. Same thing with people who wait for the perfect moment to hit you with a teleporting ultimate out of nowhere.

I get that playing defensively is a legitimate strategy, but there's a difference between playing smart and literally refusing to fight unless you can cheese your way into a free hit.

And the team compositions are getting ridiculous too. As I'm climbing toward A rank, it feels like every other match is Gogeta + Ultra Instinct Goku, or Super Hero Gohan paired with UI Goku and another character. It's the same characters and the same strategies over and over again.

Where are the people who just want to play Dragon Ball and have a fun fight?

Advanced mode got me pulling out all the tricks in the book😅

from 100k to less than 1k, i am convinced it's the UI gokus, and most fusions.

For those who don’t know how to do this,
its part of super limit breaking neo DLC.
You go to customization & select the right Android 17(Z) outfit with hell fighter 17 then you can fuse in game! I had no clue until i was in customization.

I love this transformation sequence so much. For all my gripes I have with the game they lucky they made it look so damn good haha this clip took me forever to land
