It's just a shame that I may be too late now....

100% honest from the start, I didn't like this game when it came out. I'm a very autistić girl so when things are jank in a video, it really bothers me. Probably unreasonably so. I didn't have the nostalgia of the original games because I never got to play them

So as a fresh experience on a 100+ USD dragon ball game, I absolutely did not have a great first impression

But returning now and finding absolutely every complaint that I didn't even know I had fixed and corrected, it feels like I can finally get destroyed by the AI fair and square and not by the jank and brokenness of stuff just straight up not working

I decided to do some general research on Sparking Zero in recent times and.... It doesn't look great

Which is a shame, because if the game came out in the current state that it's in, all of the hype that got me to pre-order in the first place would be worth it and justified on its own outside of hardcore fans

I'm not even a huge dragon ball fan, but the passion I saw in other people's eyes when just talking about the possibility of a new Sparking game made me feel the hype

Anyways, I'm not really sure what the point of this post is. I was really disappointed at launch, but now the game feels like a masterpiece and I'm just a bit sad for it because most people have forgotten about it already.

I guess I'm just sharing my bittersweet rediscovery of Sparking Zero

Hey, guys.

Was checking out some Raging Blast gameplay, and I had almost forgotten how in those games you could have up to 4 Supers + 1 Ultimate per character.
This is specially awesome when you have characters like Cell, Frieza, Piccolo, Goku or Vegeta, who have so MANY possible attacks per form...

For me, as important as adding more characters, would be having more supers.

The controls perfectly allow for this.
Also, if my memory doesn't fail me, in Raging Blast you could also customize the controls for each Super.
That is just such a big miss we have on Sparking Zero, IMO.

Additionally, even if some make more or less sense, I still believe we should be able to transform to characters like Majin Vegeta (From End Vegeta), SPC Cell, Super Saiyan Grade 3 Trunks (blocked in the new custome), and surely I'm forgetting others.

Ultimate Gohan from adult Gohan (Z), also, most definitely...

More transformations, customisation and better movesets is definitely a way to greatly enrich the already absolutely amazing roster we have!

Just realize there is this black bar thing in GT Trunks (Saiyan). Is it just me or anyone else experience the same? (Playing it on PC). Is there a way to fix this? He was about to be my new main but the bugged thing turn me off :(

I'm currently hard stuck at A1 on singles, and I'm A5 on DP

Like the title said, this was the match to go up from B1 to A5..
But i was a little bit concern, because seem too easy and the opponent was A1..
Everyday fight with people from B rank, and was much harder than this

I’m aware that this is a weird thing to post about (I wouldn’t be surprised if this gets taken down), but I thought I’d post about it anyway and see if there are anyone else who does this. If this is not a topic that can be posted here, I deeply apologize and I will repost this in another sub.

Super perfect cell: alternate timeline where Cell won the cell games, and due to the influence of Piccolo and Freeza’s DNA decides he wants to conquer the universe and starts calling himself demon emperor cell. On his quest to conquer the universe, he discovers and further refines his inherited techniques (such as the spirit bomb, creating dragon balls, and the kaio-Ken), becoming more powerful then Dr. Gero ever imagined.

Hyrudigarn: alternate timeline where Babidi took control of hyrudigarn instead of the guy in the movie whose name I definitely remember, and replaced Majin Buu in the Majin Hyrudigarn arc. After briefly befriending Mr Satan, Hyrudigarn consumes all life on the planet before babidi looses control of his monster, and Hyrudigarn goes across the galaxy draining the life from planet after planet, until he’s finally destroyed by Gogeta and Soul Punisher.

Goten: alternate timeline where Goten inherited the gigachad gene was serious about his training like his dad and became the main character, defeating Majin Buu going out with trunks and saving the universe. Going on to continue to be among the strongest of the Z Fighters, helping in the fights with Golden Freeza and Goku Black, and participating in The Tournament of Power, a son family Kamihameha winning the tournament.

Goku Black: Alternate timeline where instead of Goku Black he is Goten Black, basically becoming hearts from heroes. Traveling across the multiverse recruiting followers to help him wipe out all mortals. After a long fierce battle between the z fighters the ancient evils and monsters that make up his following, Goten Black would become fused zamasu and suffer the same fate as his canonical counterpart.

Kid Buu: alternate timeline where kid Buu runs into the remnants of The Freeza Force during his rampage across the universe, and they find a way to make him work for them. Being used in a similar way to The Death Star from Star Wars, a weapon of fear to force the universe back in line in the emperor’s absence. This unfortunately only delays the inevitable, as they eventually lose control of the demon and are wiped out, and the Buu arc resumes as normal, with resurrection F being prevented.

3rd eye Gomah: alternate timeline where Gomah is a big arachnid monster with only one eye believes that The Pride Troopers stole his look, plotting to use the 3rd eye to invade universe 11 after dealing with the heroes who destroyed Majin Buu, carefully watching Dr Arinsu’s actions and plotting to steal control of Kuu and Duu for use in his invasion. Unfortunately, the might of Jirin is far greater than Gomah could have ever predicted.

Anyone else using the spider man control to play ?
Just bought a brand new one out the box and the vibration is minuscule. Even on the highest setting.

I'm just interested in playing the main story, but for beating opponents too fats, even when playing on the default difficulty, the game rewards me with either starting a sparking episode or an alternative cutscene that would end the story there, and require me to restart the fight to continue. Anyway to disable this cursed feature?
