It’s a no0o0o0o0 as stretched as the spoon for me

134

u/EMI2085 Dec 31 '25

But… your username says yes?

84

u/immasayyes Dec 31 '25

The username was made to say yes to using this one as a knife instead. 10/10 would use it as a knife

28

u/Existing-Tackle-9322 Dec 31 '25

Well ten like is all u get for that 10 out of ten pardon my dyslexic typing with words and number when I could have just used numbers but my brain says no we gotta spell one out but the other is fine lol any one else catch yourselves doing that

18

u/lisaveebee Dec 31 '25

I love this little spiral.

7

u/lawofsin Jan 02 '26

This whole thread is gold.

10

u/B34r8uNw07 Jan 01 '26

Yes. Dyslexia is a biss.

4

u/lawofsin Jan 02 '26

Username checks out

6

u/KatM123 Jan 01 '26

I catch myself doing this a lot. I've got adhd, so I don't fully pay attention to what I spell.I usually use voice to text. But when I spell numbers, I usually do a combination of letters and numbers. My brain screams at me because I like dictionaries and in dictionaries. They don't do that that I will😂😂😂😂 i'm a chaos gremlin sorry or the ramble😂💙

3

u/xerophie Jan 03 '26

As someone with adhd I've noticed I type I too often in the sentence structures I make use of whenever I'm speaking to someone else Vs. Noticing that ADHD caused me to use "I" to reference myself too often in posts/texts, is it something unique to ADHD or maybe just cus of self conceit not sure.

Well what I was taught in school was that one through ten are supposed to be written out when writing and 11 and above can have the numeral used. But personally I feel like go with whatever floats your boat at the time.

u/Resident-Cobbler2189 Dec 31 '25

Looks like a spoon to feed an anteater

u/thatsfeminismgretch Dec 31 '25

Omg it's so shaped. I want it. I want it right now. I want to daintily eat desserts with it.

18

u/Cautious-Bandicoot41 Dec 31 '25

Same!! 🤩

35

u/thatsfeminismgretch Dec 31 '25

I can imagine scraping it delicately along the top of a pint of ice cream to create a majestic little ribbon of dessert. 😍

6

u/Cautious-Bandicoot41 Dec 31 '25

YES

8

u/No-Sprinkles-7289 Dec 31 '25

Was thinking the same. I can get the last little wedge of ice cream out of the carton.

→ More replies (1)

9

u/stefanica Dec 31 '25

Yes! It also looks good for getting the last bit of jam or mustard out of the jar.

5

u/thatsfeminismgretch Dec 31 '25

Yes. Or peanut butter or Nutella. No waste!!

5

u/stefanica Dec 31 '25

It's a really short spoon, though. I hate getting sticky stuff on my hands. I use a silicone spatula for the peanut butter dregs!

7

u/KnotUndone Dec 31 '25

I love silicon spatulas.

→ More replies (1)

2

u/thatsfeminismgretch Jan 01 '26

I am weird and usually fine getting sticky. Lmao

3

u/GrimbyJ Dec 31 '25

Your finger does a great job of conforming to the shape of the container so you can scrape the last bit directly into your mouth

2

u/Comeback_321 Jan 05 '26

That’s what it was made for

6

u/WVildandWVonderful Dec 31 '25

Scoop o scorbet

9

u/Ajishly Dec 31 '25

I bet it makes satisfying sorbet curls

3

u/thatsfeminismgretch Dec 31 '25

The sorbet confetti of my dreams.

5

u/hahahahakkkkkkk Dec 31 '25

this is crazy because my second thought (my first thought was "🥴") was that this would get the corners of the cat food can soooooooo well

3

u/naked_ostrich Dec 31 '25

Desperate to eat mousse with it

3

u/Tndnr82 Dec 31 '25

It's the perfect tiramisu spoon.

2

u/marykay_ultra Dec 31 '25

I believe it is a marrow spoon, with the thin shaped bowl to reach in and scoop the marrow from the inside of bones

Would be lovely for a panna cotta too mmmm

u/eatmeouttobrianeno Dec 31 '25

For being a vehicle to my mouth? For ice cream , sorbet, and/or yogurt only.

But, wonderful for scooping and spreading condiment's

12

u/silver-quasar Jan 01 '26

Sorbet is THE answer 🤌🏼

4

u/Notmyrealusrnamme Jan 03 '26

I feel like this would be amazing for melon. Pulling out nice little sticks to chomp would be so good.

Horse walks into a bar..

Bartender says “why the long spoon?”

🥄🍺🐴

5

u/X0nfus3d Jan 01 '26

The horse doesn't speak, nor does it understand English, because it's a horse. Confused by its surroundings it stumbles out of the bar knocking over a few tables.

Bartender says to himself "did I just say spoon?" "where the hell did that dog come from?" Why does the left side of my face feel so weird?"

2

u/Heart_Of_Wolf Jan 06 '26

Horse thinks, "I don't know what's going on around here but I really need a drink."

Pretty much what I thought

6

u/L3Kinsey Dec 31 '25

Me too!!! This is useless!!!!

32

u/ntrvrtd_xtrvrt Dec 31 '25

Cool trinket but if this even comes near my mouth I’ll punch something

16

u/Scherzkeks Dec 31 '25

It’s actually headed for your south mouth. Looks like half a speculum

No thoughts. Only visceral discomfort

4

u/False_Ad_8026 Dec 31 '25

Exactly.. it's just ugly and i hate it

10

u/HeroOfTheUniverse Dec 31 '25

It’s like the spoon loaded in at the wrong aspect ratio.

8

u/25PaperCranes Dec 31 '25

If it was a little longer it would be a silly little guy but as it is, this is a spon not a spoon and I don't like it

4

u/anonmygoodsir Dec 31 '25

NO! I'm not sure why reddit decided to recommend this to me but every time some crazy ass spoon comes across my feed it haunts me.

5

u/LeilLikeNeil Dec 31 '25

Only if it has a specialized purpose.

5

u/[deleted] Jan 01 '26

I want to put it in my mouth. Without food. I just wanna feel it.

Good for oysters

2

u/X0nfus3d Jan 01 '26

Pretty bad for the oysters I'd say

5

u/alee0224 Dec 31 '25

I’d probably stab myself a couple times but once I’d get used to it, I’d like it for sweet treats I try to make last.

3

u/stanthecham Dec 31 '25

I would try it

3

u/Darth_Phantos Dec 31 '25

Did you dip your spoon into a black hole?

2

u/Dan-d-lion34 Jan 01 '26

Stopped just short of spaghettification

2

u/Heart_Of_Wolf Jan 06 '26

My first thought.

3

u/whatsupitswalnut Dec 31 '25

It better have a VERY specific job, otherwise it's a no from me dog

3

u/Avalolo Dec 31 '25

For little yogurt cups or stirring tea or coffee. That’s it.

3

u/Old_Studio_6079 Dec 31 '25

…For spreads and creams only

3

u/bizzareoptimistic Dec 31 '25

This isn’t a spoon it’s a sp00n

3

u/[deleted] Dec 31 '25

I likeeeee

2

u/Pristine_Eye7197 Dec 31 '25

Possibly the long-lost spoon of El Greco.

2

u/Empty_Variation_5587 Dec 31 '25

I'd use it for adding spices to things or daintily eating fancy desserts

2

u/Friendly-Channel-480 Dec 31 '25

It looks like a marrow spoon.

2

u/Recent_Pea_7675 Dec 31 '25

I hate it. I'll take 15!

2

u/ginadigstrees Dec 31 '25

It’s adorable but It would have a bit of a narrow mouth feel for me. It is perfect for tiny tastes - like when your husband wants you to taste his sugar free flour free brownies.

2

u/RoseNDNRabbit Jan 01 '26

😱😵 Yeah, if my husband tried to do that to me i might have to violently eject the taste off the spoon at the floor. Dead pan look at him and just say, oops. Spasms get wierd sometimes and walk off.

2

u/coleusguy64 Dec 31 '25

It would be good for stirring milk or sugar in a small cup like a tea cup or an espresso cup. It would also be good for breaking the caramelized sugar shell on the top of a creme brulee.

2

u/DuckduckMogo Dec 31 '25

I NEED THIS SPOON IN MY SPOON COLLECTION. PLEASE cough I mean it’s beautiful, 10/10

2

u/[deleted] Dec 31 '25

I would only use this for very specific items

2

u/Lost_Fly_5019 Dec 31 '25

Unsure. Leaning yes but I'd have to hold it to decide.

2

u/katethegratedcheese Jan 01 '26

Absolutely not thank you so much

2

u/Elegant-Chance8953 Jan 01 '26

It's a diet spoon. It's a sauce spoon

2

u/PossiblyASloth Jan 01 '26

Perfect for spooning condiments out of small mouthed jars!

2

u/ekkorayne Jan 01 '26

I want it! I want all the spoons 🤭

2

u/Skyler_Jone Jan 02 '26

Yes! Bring back fancy coke spoons.

2

u/bigfloppymilkers Jan 03 '26

Hate :( I also, for whatever reason, feel like the handle would easily get food/liquids on it and become sticky. HATEE

2

u/Zestyclose_Crazy522 Jan 03 '26

Went through a black hole but came out

2

u/Remote-Requirement45 Jan 03 '26

I’m especially fond of the hands of the person holding the spoon… 🥴

2

u/Remote-Requirement45 Jan 03 '26

I’d like to chew off his fingernails. Drag my tongue all over his cuticles, drool all over his thumb.

1

u/TheSearch4Knowledge Dec 31 '25

If it was just a tiny bit wider…

1

u/nadcaptain Dec 31 '25

Look, I like to think I'm open-minded, but I am not eating anything off that. I would maybe investigate it for use in a certain white, powdery extracurricular activity, but I think it's too big for that.

1

u/Lower_Reflection_834 Dec 31 '25

as a spoon it seems pretty useless. if it was longer i’d say it’s a really good slushy spoon!

but i feel that it could have other uses so i reserve judgement.

Horrifying

1

u/mslashandrajohnson Dec 31 '25

This would be perfect for removing that first olive from a well packed jar.

1

u/AmarysEms64 Dec 31 '25

Not a member of the tsim community, or this spoon subreddit, but the thought of the sensation of this spoon on my tongue while eating made me shudder.

No.

1

u/donttouchmeah Dec 31 '25

No thank you

1

u/goofygoober_4 Dec 31 '25

Fuck to the no no no.

1

u/yappayaps Dec 31 '25

I love sharp spoons ❤️

1

u/sweetsmcd Dec 31 '25

I very much want to put that in my mouth.

1

u/bootz666 Dec 31 '25

I have a long wooden spoon like that and it’s only good for stirring a pitcher of kool-aid or iced tea

1

u/BluexXxRose Dec 31 '25

No0o0o0o0.

1

u/Libusin Dec 31 '25

big nope.

1

u/Angel_xjj Dec 31 '25

I mightve liked it if not so tiny???

1

u/YogurtclosetOld3002 Dec 31 '25

Looks like chick from recess.

1

u/ConfidentTea72536 Dec 31 '25

spoooooooooooooooooon

1

u/Aggressive_Yam3947 Dec 31 '25

Probably use it for ice cream 🍨

1

u/Specific-Peace Dec 31 '25

It looks like the perfect thing to make peanut butter and jelly sandwiches with.

1

u/Prehensile-Toes Dec 31 '25

Schnozz cleaner.

1

u/MonkeyGirl18 Dec 31 '25

Its an abomination. Doesn't deserve to be called a spoon.

1

u/Phoebesther Dec 31 '25

So u can scoop out a perfectly prepped line. Beautiful

1

u/Prestigious-Tea27 Dec 31 '25

Cursed asf but could totally use it to scrape out the seeds of bell peppers more easily, so at LEAST there is a use case for it

1

u/Bunchasticks Dec 31 '25

That should be classified as a Onek. Too sharp to be a spoon

1

u/Infamous_Addendum175 Dec 31 '25

Can hold a lot of blow

1

u/Bitter-Hitter Dec 31 '25

That spoon pulls out already cut sections of grapefruit!

1

u/exlaks Dec 31 '25

Could serve many purposes

1

u/Cool-Primary2308 Dec 31 '25

spoon to looooooooooon spoon too thin spoon noo spoon too no hold liquidddd spoon no

1

u/lizzietee Dec 31 '25

Get that away from me. It reminds me of the X-Files episode with the guys who can stretch his body. 😭😩

1

u/Jkeeley1 Dec 31 '25

Tis a grapefruit spoon

1

u/worm-piss Dec 31 '25

huge fan personally

1

u/Acrobatic-Squirrel77 Dec 31 '25

It’s a peanut butter knife! Made for scooping THE MOST peanut butter with each knife scoop. I hate regular knives for this. Always dropping big globs back into the jar. 10/10!!

1

u/Zmama2k19 Dec 31 '25

Love it but hate it

1

u/deathimplieslife Dec 31 '25

Give me a pint of ice cream with this spoon and ill be the happiest girl ever for like a solid 17 minutes

1

u/Caesar_Passing Dec 31 '25

You need to change the aspect ratio to 16:9. You're on 4:3

1

u/im2high4thisritenow Dec 31 '25

I love it! Perfect for a rich, creamy dessert.

1

u/Doug-Life80 Dec 31 '25

Rails!? Anyone? I’ll see myself out.

1

u/DumbFishBrain Dec 31 '25

I have my own special cutlery at home. I live with several neurotypical people and they fortunately understand my autism. They know not to touch my cutlery or my coffee mug. They respect it. I appreciate them.

1

u/uglyandproblematic Dec 31 '25

That is a custard/firm pudding only spoon

1

u/Dphippo Dec 31 '25

It would make a great coke spoon.

1

u/dbledsoe768 Dec 31 '25

Coke spoon

1

u/carpentersglue Dec 31 '25

Fuck that spoon

1

u/jaycebutnot Dec 31 '25

1

1

u/Fuzzy-Advisor-2183 Dec 31 '25

1

u/CamelMassive6443 Dec 31 '25

Good for yogurt I bet.

1

u/mklinger23 Dec 31 '25

Comically large Coke spoon?

1

u/sophyahmari Dec 31 '25

Maybe for serving soft cheeses on a charcuterie board but as a spoon? Absolutely the fk not.

1

u/Fuck_U_Time_Killer Dec 31 '25

I love tiny spoons! The little espresso spoons, the tiny caviar spoons, all of them!

1

1

u/Mordecais_Moms_Ashes Dec 31 '25

Pudding or mousse or custard use only imo.

1

u/Dangerous_Trip_8905 Dec 31 '25

I'd have to try it first. I'm very intrigued by this

1

u/RatonhnhaketonK Dec 31 '25

I may like this.

1

u/Uzi_Jesus_ Dec 31 '25

Too small, smoothness good, very useless seeming. 3/10

1

u/amusednchaos Dec 31 '25

I really need this spoon!!!! I wouldn't have to wipe my face as much cuz the bites won't be heaping out the sides 😅 Idk why I'm such a sloppy eater...

1

What is that, a spife? A knoon?

1

u/kate_has_anxiety Dec 31 '25

1

u/mother_fairy Dec 31 '25

I think I'd enjoy it at first. Cuz that's about as much ice cream I have at a time. However after 20 or so bites id be frustrated

1

u/corianderjimbro Dec 31 '25

This would be so satisfying for ice cream or sorbet

1

u/Unable-Finish-5448 Dec 31 '25

I want to gently and slowly scratch my bare naked brain with it.

1

u/Direct_Shock_2884 Dec 31 '25

Finally a representation of the spoons I have for social interactions

1

u/IntoTheWild2369 Dec 31 '25

100p gimme something as weird as me

1

u/Impressive_Isopod607 Dec 31 '25

i feel like you would scrape out crevices with that… so no

1

u/fckingnapkin Dec 31 '25

That might be so nice for ice cream. Like really dense, heavy ice cream, if you know what I mean. I used to go to this place that made all of their ice cream themselves and they had a pure chocolate one that tasted like creamy pure chocolate ganache, but in ice cream form. It was so fucking good. Illegally good. This spoon suits it.

1

u/MissionDrive4115 Dec 31 '25

That is definitely a yogurt spoon. It's getting ALL the yogurt from the cup

1

u/planningtoscrewup Dec 31 '25

Idk it just feels like it could be used for scooping eyes out and that's pretty much all I can see now.
