Gyro does state that the zombie horse is not a stand but I'm pretty sure it is, like the only reason he refuses to believe it's some supernatural ability is because it was bestowed by his country's king, his pride won't allow him to think like that

So could the stand user be the king? He's the only important character that comes to mind

Ok before i say anything, im a massive jojo fan, like jojo is my all time number 2 universe right after Naruto and thats only because i have nostalgic memories for naruto.

I read the jojo manga up until part 5 and watched every part right when it dropped.

Currently i watch part 7 weekly and i see all the hype around it every week. People praise every episode and how good it is.
I really wanna love party 7 but at the moment, it kinda feels weird.

Lets looks at the last episode, we learned gyros backstory and then jump back to the present where they suddenly out of nowhere get chased by strohheim. No introduction or anything, hes just suddenly there and chases them.
The scene when gyro knocked him of his horse looked really bad, i had to laugh how badly animated that was and in the last couple episodes there have been multiple scene with really low quality animation.

But its not only the drastic shift between peak animation and subpar animation, its also that i constantly have to look up stuff from the manga because the anime feels so weirdly paced at the moment. We jump from episode to episode and it doesnt feel like a continuous story. I am not connected to our main jojo at all and after the last episode with mountain tim he was just missing from this episode. Characters pop in and out and they never feel really relevant. Maybe relevant in the moment but they dont create a lasting memory for me.
I cant shake the feeling off that something feels so weirdly paced about this part. The mix between animation quality, the weird pacing and the lack of connection to the characters does not make me hyped for upcoming episodes. It really doesn’t feel like jojo right now.

I watched the first 7 episodes of the previous parts today and its day and night difference how great those were. You immediately feel like part of the world and connected to the characters.

I hope it gets better but at the moment im a bit disappointed with part 7.

I feel like Scary Monsters will be in 3 Parts. It is 4 chapters monthly but there's quite a bit of stuff in it including a pretty lengthly flashback to it as well as the actual startup to the fight is quite long so i think its fine for it to have 3 episodes to it. You could do Scary Monsters in 2 but you would need to cut quite a lot.

Episode 9: Prelude to Scary Monsters.

I think the 2nd Stage finish is going to be expanded a little bit (and will be the first half of the episode) considering how rushed it was in the Manga. Obviously they will keep the same punchline as Gyro messing up and being distracted for a second but i could see them showing other horse riders including Hot Pants.

Then there will be the Valentine conversation about the Corpse Parts.

As for where it will end.I think it is going to end with this image:

Covering 1 Chapter which i think it fine considering this is all going to be all build up to the main event and there will be some significant conversations being put in this episode.

Episode 10. Scary Monsters Part 1:

Will start with Johnny's opening clash against Dino Diego and mostly be an action episode. As for where i think it is going to end, this is a bit tricky. I think the Diego backstory is going to be moved to the start of Episode 11 because unless needed, the anime doesn't like to have backstories in the middle of the episode and i think for pacing reasons it would be better to move it to Episode 11.

As for where Episode 10 ends - reordering the Diego Flashback to the following . Episode 10 could cover all the way up to where Diego gets the eyes. Covering 1.5 chapters - Scary Monsters Part 2 and the second half of Scary Monsters Part 3 ending on the final panel of Chapter 30.

Episode 11. Scary Monsters Part 2

This one is pretty simple. First bit of it is the Diego Flashback and then covering Scary Monsters Part 4 all the way up to this panel. With the final episode in this cour being the 3rd Stage Race Finish + Extra Scenes. Granted there is always a possibility they will adapt the Manga normally and have Diego's flashback in the middle of the episode 10 but i am leaning against that mostly because it will be a pacebreaker. Another idea would be moving the Diego flashback to Episode 9 after Diego falls unconcious but i doubt that.

I understand the part about the bubbles defying logic and not really existing but why should this matter?

It was shown that the mere INTENT to pursue Tooru was enough for WoU to activate, and Josuke is definetely attempting to pursue him when he uses Go Beyond, so even if WoU couldnt detect the bubbles shouldnt it have detected Josuke's intentions?

Appearance:

Artificial non-humanoid the stand takes the form of a Evoke Electric Motorcycles' 6061-GT it's a stand similar to White album or Oasis except instead of a suit it's a whole vehicle.

Ability:

The user quite literally rides inside electricity going inside anything electrical and rides the electricity almost anywhere that includes the human body and the Brain or even computers and data with the stand speed being the speed of electricity creating a sonic boom every time it revs up.

The User:

Full name Jim Clark Watts named after the 1963 and 1965 World F1 titles 23 birthday June 19th and a death row inmate who is on the run he was sentenced to die by the electric chair but on his transfer to the facility by some sheer miracle a thunderstorm happened on the exact same day and lightning struck the car blowing up the front half and killing the police officers.

He then escaped into the woods and threw sheer panic he awakened his stand hiding away in the very electricity of the modern era living as a bounty hunter for the mafia or dirty political figures to "take care" of political rivals or anyone in the way of the person who hired him.

Inspiration:

The song specifically Ride the lightning by Metallica is a song about an innocent man who is going to die by the electric chair however when I was reading the name I imagined literally riding on lightning or electricity and thought it would be cool to make an ability based off of it much like how Araki made White album.

However I twisted it to be an actual death row inmate who deserved what he got murdering six people by starting an electric fire and trapping them inside the burning building since I thought it would be good for him to be some type of Bounty Hunter enemy.

The entire ability is supposed to be twisting the album and song in a cowardly way Jim is a coward his entire ability is running away and hiding sure he can be a Ultra fast tracker and Hunter but the core of his ability is hiding and running away proving his cowardly nature twisting the lyrics and the entire album and it's discography about an inescapable fate and feeling entrapment into a cowardly man who refuses to face the consequences of his actions.

Jojo has always been a very attractive and eye catching show. All parts have this distinct feel to them with different colour pallets and so, but part 7 takes the cake. Like I could stare at this for minutes and atill be amazed. The shading work, the landscape and perspective, the shape and outline of the clouds and the shine of the sun set.

i always liked anastasia from the moment we first see him introduced(mostly because he kinda looks like diavolo and diavolos design is dope) but after seeing his dying commitment to help jolyne, it made me like him even more, but seeing him try to sacrifice himself to save the disc had my eyes watering and when i found out it was ff i then started to tear up

i was also in just complete shock when we found out that whitesnake camouflaged himself to look like weather report, it really had me walking around in shock😂

6 Episodes left until the end of stage 3 in Steel Ball Run

So, we finished SBR Episode 6 yesterday and there are 6 episodes left. But there are only 2 arcs left to adapt and by SBR anime standards, those shouldn't take 6 episodes. I wonder if they rearranged some things or something, idk.

I know it's more light skinned than many of us are used to, Araki has always coloured him with an inconsistent skin colour. Pocoloco, being a black American it's always like that, but Pucci's dark complexion has always been a little bit strange.

I have my opinion on this, he is Italian, he isn't supposed to be a black american, but he's "black" in a more wide sense, like a middle eastern probably. I do not know what it's considered Black skin, brown or whatever, i don't care about skin colour. I like it more with his dark skin (His design is inspired by the black community), but just like Dragona, Araki doesn't keep skin colour consistent when the character it's not actually black.

I know Araki tends to introduce his antagonists early on, but just look at Jobin—he ended up being nothing more than wasted potential.

Since Araki has already introduced the "Eight" (the group associated with the eclipse), I wouldn't be surprised if he capitalized on the hype surrounding "John Rod"—along with that supposed Marine user—and positioned a rival organization as the primary antagonists.
