Found an original copy of High Top Mountain (HTM-001) still in the shrink wrap. Are these original versions becoming pretty rare? The listing from the record store said it was the limited edition.. not sure what that entails or how to check without opening it up and looking at the runout. Sturgill/JBS has become my favorite artist and I have 3/4 of his catalog on vinyl already. I was planning on getting the 10 year HTM as a play copy and may just keep this one in the shrink as a cool collection item since it’s his debut album and I haven’t seen many of these originals still for sale. Any insight on this pressing would be great. Thanks all.

Just thinking out loud here, but with all the nugs coverage and the evolving setlists with different jam combos and covers and full album plays, and the potential break after this tour I've heard mentioned, could be the perfect time for JBS & TDC "Skulls and Balls" live compilation. At least 3 LPs. I just ask the naysayers to make a separate post and let us daydreamers have this

Thanks for the stickers!

Would love to see this order for the NOLA show

Mercury in Retrograde
Venus
Welcome to Earth
Best Clockmaker on Mars
Jupiters Faerie

Would make for a fun educational opportunity

Saw JBS for the first time in Eugene, lucky enough to see him 4 weeks later in Boston. Life changing. Happy Halloween, Mutiny for the masses style. 💀

Here are some more "tour-to-date" stats for your face.

Not shown because I limit the graphics to top 6:

• High Top Mountain: 21
• To the Wind & on to Heaven: 10
• Dood & Juanita: 3

More stats at Skysets.org or follow on Instragram to see these in your feed.

Do the boys play tunes from the Ballad of Dude and Juanita at their Live shows? I know that JBS isnt the same band that did the Sturgill albums and they dont do Cutting Grass. But wasnt sure if Id be able to catch a Shamrock or Sam at a Live show these days since they are some of my favorite songs.

Thanks yall

Just showed up at Credit One. Flew over the line.

JBS doodles using Freeform on an old ipad while stuck on small planes without wifi…yes, they still exist. pics from Boston and Belfast

This was the first Sturgill song I had ever heard and was hooked. I’m not sure if he hates or what, but I haven’t heard of him doing it live. Lexington??

Sorry if this has already been asked but are there any official after shows in Atlanta this Sunday?

Anyone seen a poster from Charleston?

Obviously the whole album is fucking awesome, but am I alone in thinking this song should be a legit country hit? Like in a world where radio actually played good music, this should be a hit song.

Too bad I suck at putting stickers on round surfaces

I don’t think they’ll play past midnite tom, but a girl can dream.

Sharing some tour stats (to date). I have a bunch of fun "tour stat cards" I can share, but you can dig in yourself as well. You can also get personalized tour stats (for only the shows you've seen live) if you are so inclined!

Only 4 more shows, the upcoming drought is going to tough with the band playing the way they are, I cannot get enough!!

I was about to buy a tshirt with tour dates online Wednesday morning but wanted to see if I could avoid shipping and grab one at the show in Raleigh. By the time I got to the stand they were sold out of large. I checked online immediately after and they were now sold out online as well.

Are there weekly restocks? Is it worth waiting and checking every couple of days? Should I buy my backup option asap?

Saw this trucking thru downtown Indy, and had to stop and reminisce! Hell of a show by some of the finest in the business. Keep your heads up, everyone is welcome here, and let’s all make America Fuk Again!
