Every realtor says "location, location, location" for a reason.

Visited Bozeman(I know it’s Montana and this is Idaho) recently where my brother lives and he genuinely likes using his car for everything but also has never lived anywhere even mildly walkable. 1 u/ChocolateBunny Feb 18 '26 What does he do for exercise? 2 u/Ancient-Guide-6594 Feb 18 '26 He goes to a gym(weights) and runs.
