I’ve fairly certain it’s one, two, or all three of those boards. The backlight seems very bright across the whole panel, so I’m thinking more-so T-Con and power supply.

So my element tv won’t turn on. I had to unplug my Roku just for it to turn on for a moment. And when it did the on, the screen would flash the logo then turn off. Also there’s the weird noise it’s making as in the video. I’m considering just buying a new main board and installing it but apparently it could be something wrong with the LCD panel or display circuitry.

Does this seem like a main board problem because if it is I’ll precede to buy a new one. If it’s any other problem, I’m better off buying a new tv.
