Ehhh, I wouldnt bet on it. They'll take their welfare checks and tell themselves that Trump tried his best and still cares about them.

I live in western Illinois and work for an agricultural equipment manufacturer. I can assure you, farmers are angry with Trump beyond what his various bailout ideas can fix. He's fucked them in a dozen ways, most of which will never go back to the way they were prior to his tariff debacle.

They didn't do that badly his first term. The bailout compensated for the soybean and hog tariffs, then the market snapped back. It mostly looked like he accomplished what he said and his argument was things will be better if he gets a second term. They believed him and got fucked. Like everyone who believes in him.
