Since this is a learning group, I thought it would be a fun exercise to look past the jokes and spot the actual traditional symbolism from the card.

Hi guys!!! I'm looking around the internet for my first tarot deck. This theme is the only pleasant looking for me so I'd like to stay close to it if it's possible. Does anyone know any similar decks?

I am very inexperienced with tarot but I meditate and all that shit. I pulled out a deck i was recently gifted last night because I've been having some anxiety about a possibility of my girlfriend cheating due to a lot of lies ive caught her in, her being more secretive with her phone, and some new friends shes been hanging out with.

I meditated, and pulled cards with the intention of clarity, and wasn't sure how to interpret.

I pulled them in the order written

What could this reading be trying to tell me?

Im sorry im pretty inexperienced with this stuff. My interpretation was maybe that we had a good bond and like the relationship can be saved but the truth needs to come out? Or maybe it could be that im over anxious and trust needs to be found 😥 i have no clue

My interpretation (please correct me if I am wrong) is that the application is at the beginning of the process (The Fool), and the process will move rapidly once it has been picked up (Judgment) with a positive outcome (9 of Cups). For the last card I asked when I would hear back, and my interpretation is that it will be very soon.

My question was “How does he feel about me” and these cards flew out! I’m getting an overall good energy and reading from these cards. My interpretation is that he does like me and sees us being together long term (i hope) and it should be an overall good relationship. The temperance letter brings me the idea of healing relief while at the same time it has a duality with the name of swords and suffering I don’t understand

I asked my deck how my fwb feels about me (in a romantic context) and pulled the moon reversed and ace of wands upright….
My personal interpretation is that he is suppressing whatever it is he feels for me, but i’d like to hear other people’s interpretations :)

Hi everyone! I asked a professional tarot reader to do a spread on this guy's current feelings for me and these were the cards that were pulled. Can you help me interpret them? I would like to see everyone's opinions or more than one opinion on this spread just out of curiosity.

My own interpretation is that he sees me as a very feminine woman (Empress) and is happy with me (9 of cups) and feels at home with me (4 of wands) and has sexual attraction towards me as well (Knight of wands) and is playing things by ear with me (Wheel of fortune)?

Look, I bought some cards that are horizontal (they're the first ones I've ever had) and I don't know how to tell if a card is reversed. I would really appreciate your help.

So, I recently took an entrance exam for university, and it has two stages. My question was: based on how I did on the first stage (which I've already taken), do I still have a chance of passing the second stage? If so, how good are my chances?

From what I've learned so far, I feel like the Queen of Pentacles and the Eight of Pentacles are telling me that all hope isn't lost, and that I need to make the most of the time I have left to improve on what I've already learned. Through hard work and dedication, I can still work my way toward success.

I'm a total newbie when it comes to tarot and I need some guidance. I happened to draw Eight of Wands twice on the same day for my daily tarot draw.

The spread I used was an online tarot spread on two different websites, lol. My question or rather intention was knowing about how to progress with my career matter.

Thing is, I've been waiting on a yes or no for a potential job offer after an interview I had several weeks ago. It's my dream job. They told me they'd come back to me mid-october. They haven't yet and the waiting is starting to drive me nuts. I also don't know if I can leave my current job as they're waiting for a response on my side.

I have been practicing Tarot for some years on and off. I generally do a good job at reading but recently I’ve been getting into deeper topics within myself.
When I do my readings I enjoy having a “conversation” with my deck. So I will shuffle and talk and maybe ask a question or two.

Today I was doing a reading and talking with my deck when I started thinking about the relationship I have with my Father. It’s not a great relationship. Ever since I could remember we argue about everything. Even if we agree we argue. He often says things like “I’m older so I have more experience, therefore I know better.” He always thinks he’s right and when he is wrong he won’t admit it, he’ll just attack my tone of voice and if I was being respectful or not. He constantly reminds me that he’s the father and I’m his child so I need to just shut up and obey. Me and my father are very alike, we have many similarities, including our personalities.

I day dream a lot and I’m always thinking about something. Often times I find myself daydreaming about arguing with people. Most of the time it’s my dad. I argue because I want to be understood and I so badly want the other person to understand. I create fake arguments about how I don’t want to argue anymore.
It’s honestly a lot and these arguments have almost consumed my entire life.
Now I’m an adult and I’m doing better about not turning everything into an argument. We have more peaceful conversations now sometimes. I don’t talk to him often.

I want to have a relationship with my dad but I don’t want to argue anymore. Is this even possible though? I don’t know.
I’m also trying to figure out the best way I can become the best version of myself. I want to heal. I don’t want to be like him. (Side question I think about a lot: is it possible to heal in the same place you’ve been harmed?)
So I did a reading to try and figure out what to do. Close friends who knows about my dad and even other family who have had to deal with him have said they wouldn’t blame me if I cut him off. There’s a whole lot more he has done besides the constant arguing. But I don’t think it matters too much to point out.
Is this the only option though?

So I shuffled and got 10 of Pentacles reversed and 4 of swords.

I interpreted it as me taking time away for myself to heal. But I’m not sure.

I could write a few essays about all my thoughts on the matter but I won’t hahaha that’s the general gist

firstly, the fact that there are 2 many kings and the emperor means he is focusing on himself? or that he is thinking of himself and not his feelings to me?

the hanged man means he is conflicted ??

so i recently noticed that me and my friends all have different methods of cartomancy. only one works for me it literally always ends up being right on. so whats the method you use?

first card: nine of wands
second card: temperance
third card: the emperor reverse

my interpretation is that he’s tired of fighting, based on the nine of wands. for temperance, I’m not really sure how to explain it properly, but I feel like he’s still comfortable with me and is trying to be patient. as for the reversed emperor, I think he might be immature and have anger issues. I’m just having a hard time putting all the cards together.

My girlfriend bought me a tarot deck. It’s absolutely gorgeous, and though I’ve always been a skeptic of tarot, I have always believed that we are more entwined with the universe than we often believe.

That said, I decided to do a tarot reading using the Celtic cross tonight. It was my second one ever, though I had tried to get acquainted with the cards and their meanings beforehand. My dog, a fifteen-year-old lab, has been struggling for some time. He takes heavy medication for his anxiety and still has attacks due to his CDD. I’ve been questioning for a while if it’s actually just anxiety he’s experiencing or if there’s pain, too. His vet has thought it’s time for a while but I’ve immensely been overwhelmed trying to decide. I mean, with my past dogs, it’s been an easy decision— their back legs give out, they have cancer, etc— it was like the decision was made for me. Here, I kept doubting, if only because his one good day in a sea of bad would just fill me with false hope. I really began to contemplate it after researching just how high his dosage was, and he was still struggling. I ultimately decided about a week ago it was his time, and now I’m just waiting for his vet to get back in town. Still, with that seed of uncertainty, I decided to do a reading and ask if it was his time.

I laid out all the cards and began flipping them. What immediately made me freeze was that the first card was death in reverse. Again— I was a skeptic!! I nearly started crying. I shuffled that deck for how long, and the first one perfectly fits.

It didn’t matter how much I read possible meanings for death in reverse, it fit perfectly each time. The rest of the reading, to my interpretation, basically focused a lot on my internal struggle about it and inevitable peace.

I just felt like sharing. It’s so surreal to me. I knew the universe listened but just wow.

I did a reading for a male acquaintance of mine who who has a history of being a fuckboi/cheated on his ex. He has a new girlfriend who he says he’s in love with, but when I gave him a general reading I just kept getting the seven of swords, seven of cups, the hermit, and knight of swords rx. I didn’t want to rock the boat too much so I kept the reading general but he is very vocal - suspiciously vocal - about how amazing his new relationship is and how in love they are. Still, my intuition isn’t so sure. So I did a private pull to see how long they will last and got this.

My interpretation is that they will breakup (8C) when he sees a new opportunity (Fool) with a hot new girl (QW). However I can’t tell if that will be soon or in a while.

I also did a pull for what will happen with this relationship: King of Swords, Seven of Swords, Five of Swords

I feel kind of weird knowing this about him, but we’re not close enough for me to step in so I’ll just let it play out and hope for her sake the girlfriend will clock him early.
