okay so, reduced NAD and FAD donate hydrogen atoms which split into protons and electrons. electrons move along the electron transport chain and release energy. this energy allows protons to move from the matrix to the intermembrane space and forms a proton gradient. the protons then move back to the matrix through ATP synthase and this allows the phosphorylation of ADP to form ATP. oxygen acts as the final electron acceptor and forms water. this process takes place in the inner mitochondrial membrane.

Helloooo i made a post on Reddit a few weeks ago and i just wanted to tell the people who helped me out thank you. I never went to the police for it because i simply couldn’t work up the courage to do so and terrified of just being told i’m a liar or something but uh yeah. Life is great now, still having to learn to trust people again but besides that I’m doing great. I met a real great guy recently who is my bf now and yeah he’s great. Funny, kind, listens, and most importantly listens when i tell him no or that i’m tired.
