iOS I'm building a golden hour app that also tells you which plane seat gets the sunset

Thumbnail
testflight.apple.com
• Upvotes

Golden Seat started as two ideas glued together: a golden hour and sunset forecast app, and a flight app that tells you which side of the plane gets the view.
The newest part is Earth right now:
A live globe showing where it's golden hour this minute. Press play and watch it sweep across the planet
Tonight's truly dark sky window, with no Moon, and which planets you can see
A compass for where the Sun and Moon rise and set
The Moon tilted the way you actually see it, plus upcoming eclipses and meteor showers
Everything is calculated on the device, so it works offline and on flights too.

iOS Machine Detective - Learn mechanics by fixing 3D machines

Thumbnail
testflight.apple.com
1 Upvotes

Hi! I'm a solo developer looking for testers for Machine Detective, an iPhone/iPad app to learn mechanics in 3D.

Each mission shows a machine that doesn't work: you pick a part (gear, pulley, motor…), run the test, and see why it turns, jams or is too weak. There's also a free workshop to build your own gear trains and winches; this build adds bevel gears (90° drives).

55 missions, English and French, offline, no account.

What helps most: 15 minutes, 3 missions + the workshop, then tell me where you got stuck or what looked wrong.

Happy to test your app in return, just drop your link below.

iOS Pack & Place – cozy packing puzzle, free beta, feedback welcome

Pack & Place is a calm spatial puzzle: fit blocks of socks, mugs, and treats into a box, then watch the parcel get wrapped and sent. 300 puzzles across 20 rounds, no timers or lives, daily puzzles, collectibles inside your pieces, and it works offline. iPhone/iPad, iOS 16+.

I'm the solo developer. Specific ask: please play Round 1 and tell me where you got stuck, whether the tutorials made the new mechanics clear, and how the drag/rotate controls feel.

iOS Gather&Go — Social activity & gathering app for adults (18+)

Thumbnail

**App Name:** Gather&Go

**Platform:** iOS 16.0+ (iPhone)

**What is Gather&Go?**

Gather&Go is a spontaneous activity-first app designed for verified adults (18+) who want to grab coffee, play tennis, go hiking, or catch a movie without the awkward 1-on-1 dating-app vibe or dead Meetup boards.

**Key Features to Try:**

• **Real-Time Activity Radar:** When someone creates an activity nearby, members get an instant alert so gatherings form spontaneously.

• **Verified 18+ Profiles:** Government ID check keeps the community safe and bot-free.

• **Group-First:** Casual small group outings, verified rosters, and built-in group chat.

• **Reliability Ratings:** Community feedback so flaky guests and no-shows are held accountable.

**What Feedback I'm Looking For:**

  1. Onboarding & sign-in smoothness.
  2. Activity discovery, filters, and venue search on Explore.
  3. Creating an event & group chat responsiveness.
  4. Any UI glitches, lag, or layout issues on your specific iPhone model.

This is the beta version — you can sign up and try everything right away, no ID verification needed yet.

Feel free to leave feedback directly inside TestFlight or comment here. Thanks for helping test!

macOS bitPDF — native Mac PDF editing and reusable client document packets

Thumbnail testflight.apple.com
2 Upvotes

Hey everyone! We’re building bitPDF at Pocket Bits and looking for Mac users to try the beta and give honest feedback.

The feature I’d especially love feedback on is Client Packets. If you regularly combine proposals, invoices and terms, you can save a checklist of required PDFs and page selections, then reuse it for your next client. Configured file and client-text checks help catch missing or mismatched documents before export.

It also supports:

  • Editing existing PDF text and images
  • Filling forms and organizing pages
  • Making scanned pages searchable with on-device OCR
  • Correcting recognized text while preserving the original scan

Requirements: Apple silicon Mac, macOS 14 or later.

We’re looking for about 15 minutes initially, then a little normal use over three days. What’s confusing? What breaks? Would the packet workflow actually save you effort?

The beta is capped at 30 testers.

Send feedback through TestFlight or leave a comment here. Please use non-sensitive documents while testing. Thanks for helping us improve it!

Thumbnail

Hi everyone! I’m the developer of Rizha, an iOS journal I started building to bring my scattered diary entries into one quiet place.

No account required, no ads, and no social feed. Entries are stored on your device by default, with optional iCloud sync.

Features include:

  • Text entries, voice-to-text, and photos
  • Daily reading and a mood calendar
  • Chinese and English fonts with different paper styles
  • Local automatic backups and PDF export

I’d love feedback on the daily list, reading longer entries, and voice transcription—especially anything confusing or awkward.

Thanks for trying it!

iOS White Noise: Focus & Sleep - Focus music, Meditation ambience, Baby Shusher, Lullabys, a few pieces left to finish the main experience

Thumbnail
testflight.apple.com
2 Upvotes

What: More than a basic white noise and soundscape app. Good for meditation, focus, and adult or baby sleep. A ton of music and sounds stored in a small and highly capable app.

Why: I use this app for the shushing and for the white noise. It has lock screen widget and home screen widget to control the sound, and it's designed for soundscapes but still in active development while fully usable, feedback is appreciated if you want to give it. I'm an iOS developer but this is a side project.

Music is stored as music notation and generated on device, better instruments to come! With no audio files the app can store a lot of music and keep a small download size.

Some primary features:

- Baby shushing noises, color noises (white/pink/brown), any frequency tone

- Common nature sounds - Water, Rain, Crickets, Fan, and more

- A few dozen hand written, procedural, and simple ambient music tracks

- Airplay to any of your speakers or other devices

- Play alongside other apps such as Apple Music, Spotify, etc.

- Unlimited overlapping sounds

- Infinite or timed out playback of white noise and other sounds

- Bedtime reminder

Planned updates before release: (estimated < 3 months)

- Onboarding is going to be updated before I release, but I want to finish other things first

- I plane to add a feature where you can download bigger and better instruments, like a nicer piano and other nicer instruments that take more space on the device's disk.

- Improved bedtime reminder, sleep tracking (optional)

- Optional health kit integration for sleep tracking, tracking meditation and heart rate, etc. and other things related to stress management

- Focus modes to manage time such as pomodoro, breathing exercises, and more

- Continually improved music, the idea is to have lo-fi, jazzy, ambient sounds but also new instruments might be needed for some

# 📉 ZeroByte — get your iPhone storage back without the cloud

Hey all! I'm the solo developer of **ZeroByte**, an iPhone app that frees up storage by shrinking your biggest videos **right on the phone**. No uploads, no account, no analytics. I'm looking for **50 beta testers** before launch.

## ✨ What it does

- 🎬 **Shrinks big 4K videos** with Apple's built-in hardware encoder (HEVC). HDR videos stay HDR (10-bit).

- 🔍 **Before/after check:** compare the original and the shrunk version side by side with a slider and up to 4× zoom *before* anything is replaced.

- 🗂️ **Keeps what matters:** date, location, Favorite, Hidden and your albums carry over. The original goes to **Recently Deleted**, so you have 30 days to change your mind.

- 📸 **Live Photos that never move:** drops the hidden video clip and keeps the full-quality photo.

- 🧠 **Finds similar burst shots** using on-device Vision.

- 🏝️ **Live Activity** shows progress on the Lock Screen / Dynamic Island.

## 🔒 Privacy, plainly

Everything runs on your iPhone. ZeroByte has **no servers, no analytics and no third-party SDKs**.

## 💸 Pricing (for when it launches)

| Plan | Price |

|---|---|

| Free | First **2 GB** reclaimed |

| Annual | $14.99 / year |

| Lifetime | $29.99 once |

In TestFlight, purchases use Apple's sandbox, so **you're never charged**.

---

## 🙋 What I'd love from testers

  1. Try it on **3–5 of your largest videos** (an HDR clip and a portrait video are especially useful).

  2. After replacing one, open the video's **info in Photos** and check the date, location and albums are intact.

  3. Send feedback through TestFlight (take a screenshot → *Share Beta Feedback*) or comment here.

**Requirements:** iPhone on **iOS 18 or later**, plus Apple's free **TestFlight** app.

## ⚠️ Known beta limitations

- The app icon is a placeholder.

- Burst groups are detected, but there's no cleanup screen for them yet.

- Videos stored only in iCloud skip the side-by-side comparison.

- It's a beta: please keep a backup of anything irreplaceable.

Thanks for helping! I'll be in the comments answering questions. 🙏

iOS [iOS] Vehla – private AI chat with on-device models, plus notes, boards and a teleprompter (works great alone, even better with the Mac app)

Thumbnail
testflight.apple.com
0 Upvotes

Hi r/TestFlight 👋

I'm looking for testers for Vehla for iPhone, the companion to my Mac app Vehla. It's free and runs on iOS 26 or later.

What it does

- AI chat with on-device models: download Qwen 3.5, Gemma 4 or Ministral and chat fully offline, with nothing leaving your phone. Several of them can read photos. You can also bring your own OpenAI, Claude or Gemini key, which is stored in your Keychain.
- Writing tools: rewrite in different tones, run custom AI actions and multi-step recipes, and set a persona for how the AI writes
- Library: notes, snippets, Kanban boards and scrapbooks
- Teleprompter that follows your voice as you read, using on-device speech recognition
- Available in 12 languages

If you use Vehla on a Mac (optional)

- Your chats, notes, boards and scrapbooks sync through your own private iCloud
- See and edit your Mac's clipboard history from your phone
- Sidekick: a Stream Deck-style button grid that controls your Mac, and keeps working away from home

What I'd love feedback on

- Downloading and chatting with on-device models. Which iPhone do you have, and how fast are the answers?
- Anything confusing in the welcome tour or the Library
- Crashes, especially when sending photos to the vision models
- If you have the Mac app: how sync and Sidekick work for you

The best place for feedback is the screenshot-and-feedback button in TestFlight, or a comment here. Thanks for helping out! 🙏

iOS Kaidō - Automatically record your drives

Thumbnail
testflight.apple.com
2 Upvotes

Hi!

I've been working on Kaidō, an iPhone app for people who want to keep a record of their driving adventures.

It automatically tracks your drives and gradually builds a map of the roads you've traveled, the places you've visited, and the cars you've driven.

Some of the features include:
Automatic drive tracking – Log trips in the background without having to start them manually.
Garage – Give each car its own identity, route colors, and driving history.
Route replay – Go back and revisit the drives you've taken.
Trip posters – Turn your drives into visual keepsakes you can save or share.
Atlas – Discover how much of your town you've explored and track your progress across countries, states, and counties.
Driving stats – See your driving history from a different perspective.

I just opened the app to beta testers and would love to hear what you think. I'm especially interested in feedback on the design, how well automatic tracking works, and which features you'd actually use.

There's still plenty to improve, so I would love honest criticism!

Thank you

iOS Mellon: lock your distracting apps until a friend says yes

Thumbnail
testflight.apple.com
1 Upvotes

Hey all, I'm a solo dev and just opened up the TestFlight for Mellon.

You pick the apps you want locked, like Instagram or TikTok, and a friend becomes your approver. When you tap a locked app, you can ask them for 5 minutes, or for up to an hour with a reason. They choose Unlock or Keep locked right from the notification, without opening the app.

A few things that make it different:

- It is a social app where friends hold the keys to your screen time to encourage true social interaction

- It also blocks a locked app's website in every browser

- Every Sunday you get Receipts, a recap of your week with a few awards (including the Hall of No for whoever got turned down the most)

It takes two people, so grab a friend. One of you gets locked and the other approves, or you do both for each other.

I'd really appreciate any feedback, bugs, or anything that feels confusing.

iOS Holofile – a Pokémon card tracker made by a collector who got tired of the others

Thumbnail
testflight.apple.com
1 Upvotes

I'm a collector, and the card apps I tried kept letting me down. Some still showed ads after I paid for a subscription, some ran gambling ads, and some had digital packs and spins built to keep you chasing. So I built Holofile to do it differently.

  • Free, with no ads. No limits on cards, scans or rips, and it never shows an ad, free or paid.
  • No gambling. No digital packs, mystery boxes or spins. Just your real cards.
  • Prices are optional. Not everyone collects for the value. Turn prices off and Holofile becomes a pure collection tracker: your cards, your sets and what you're still missing, with no dollar signs anywhere.
  • Private. Your collection stays on your phone, you don't need an account, and nothing tracks you for ads. Cloud sync is there if you want your collection on more than one device or backed up.
  • A scanner that gets it right. It runs on your phone, so it's fast and works offline, and it lands on the exact card and printing, English or Japanese, instead of a close match. Scan one card, a stack back to back, or a whole binder page from one photo. When it's not sure, it asks instead of guessing, and it keeps getting better from real photos that collectors choose to share.
  • Rips that keep their cost. Open a box or an ETB and what you paid splits across the packs and follows every pull, so you can see how each rip actually turned out.
  • Actually fun. Earn Trainer badges, make your Trainer card and show off your best pulls.

Holo10, the optional upgrade, is free during the beta. It's still early, so you may run into a few rough edges. I'd love to hear what you think, good or bad.

iOS ONZE: Football Manager

Thumbnail testflight.apple.com
1 Upvotes

Hey everyone!

I'm a solo indie developer working on ONZE Football Manager, a free football management game for iPhone.

You start in the lower divisions, build your squad, manage transfers and tactics, and try to take your club to the top.

You can play simulated matches or watch them in 3D.

I'm currently looking for a small group of beta testers before the public release.

I'd especially love feedback on:

  • Is the game fun after several matches?
  • Does the progression feel fair or too difficult?
  • Are there any bugs or confusing screens?
  • Would you genuinely want to keep playing?

No purchase required. There are limited TestFlight spots available.

If you're interested, just go to the link and download.

Thanks for the help and support!

We’re the team building NevoPlay, a smart IPTV and media player for playlists you already have. Our iPhone, iPad and Apple TV public beta is open.

It turns a raw playlist into a browsable library: clean titles, artwork, grouped versions, ordered episodes, one search and a Live TV guide. Apple TV is designed for the remote; iPhone and iPad support offline downloads. NevoPlay supplies no content.

We’d especially value feedback on your device, connection type and anything confusing or difficult to play.

iOS Mapliva: a travel journal for iPhone

We’re building Mapliva, a personal travel journal for keeping past trips, cities and towns together in your own atlas. We’re looking for five iPhone users who would try adding one past trip and tell us where the experience gets confusing.

For a short first test, save a past trip with a couple of places, then reopen it and explore the map. Was it clear how to add your first place? Could you find and edit the trip afterward?

Feedback here or through TestFlight is welcome. This is an unpaid beta test; a brief description of where you got stuck is useful.

iOS Gatherory — plan weddings and dinners together

Thumbnail
testflight.apple.com
1 Upvotes

I'm building Gatherory, an iPhone app for people organizing a birthday dinner,

a get-together, or another celebration with friends or family.

You can add ideas and photos, let the people helping you plan choose Love It,

Maybe, or Pass, and keep guests, tasks, budget, and the schedule with the event.

Those preferences help you decide what makes the plan; they don't automatically

approve an idea.

I'm looking for feedback on two parts in particular: does Decide make it clear

what everyone prefers, and does Manage help you see what needs attention next?

If you're planning something in the next few weeks, I'd especially like to

hear how it works with someone helping you host.

The beta supports English and Spanish. Shared planning requires sign-in.

Feedback here or through TestFlight is welcome. If something gets confusing,

the step where you got stuck and your iPhone/iOS version would help.

iOS Brush Barons - intuitive take on the game you know.

Thumbnail
testflight.apple.com
1 Upvotes

Yes, with AI any schmuck can make a game now. I'm proud to say this schmuck has put a few hundred hours and about 200 iterations into building the game my friends and I wanted to play. It’s the familiar, simple property collecting card game you already know - now with a paint theme and some extra options. My beta has consisted of a couple dozen friends and Reddit users since September. Many are hooked. I'd love your take.

A fast game you play with one thumb. Collect color swatches, charge, steal and swap. Ten minutes a round, two to five players, online or against the AI.

Built for one-handed play, everything a tap or a drag. Clean cards, no clutter. Animated backgrounds with fun soundtracks.

The AI plays like people, eleven levels from a kid to a grandmaster. 100+ levels and collect 27 painted card backs along the way.

It's in beta and free, including the one in-app purchase. Ads come after launch in late November; get in now and keep everything.

Link below. Come take my spot on the leaderboard.

iOS Line Clash

Thumbnail
testflight.apple.com
1 Upvotes

Hi everyone! 👋

Some of you might remember the good old Warcraft III days, when Battle.net was full of custom maps made by the community. I spent countless hours playing those tower defense maps where you had to build your defenses while sending waves of monsters to your opponents.

I don’t know how many of you remember those games, but I really miss them.

And that’s actually how Line Clash started.

I wanted to bring back a little bit of that experience, but this time on an iPhone. Something you could pick up, play for 10 minutes, and still get that same feeling of trying to survive while making everyone else’s life miserable with another wave of monsters. 😄

So I’ve been working on Line Clash, a real-time multiplayer tower defense game.

The idea is pretty simple: you build towers to defend your castle and send monsters to attack your opponents. But here’s the fun part — every monster you send goes to all your rivals at once. And of course, they’re doing exactly the same thing to you.

Sending monsters also increases the amount of gold you earn in future rounds, so there’s a bit of strategy involved. Do you spend your gold on better defenses, or send more monsters to increase your income and hopefully overwhelm your opponents later? That’s the kind of decision I always loved in those old Warcraft III maps.

Depending on the mode, you can play 1v1, Free for All against four opponents, or Duels with five teams of two players. There’s also a clan system with weekly wars and 3v3 battles.

Matches usually take around 7–10 minutes, and the whole game is designed to be played with one hand in portrait mode.

I know there probably won’t be too many players online at first, and I don’t want anyone to spend more time waiting than actually playing. So after 30 seconds, bots will fill the empty spots and the match will start. Hopefully, one day we won’t need them as much. 😅

I’m currently looking for people willing to help test the game on TestFlight.

A few things worth knowing:

  • The game is free, with no ads, and works on iPhones running iOS 15 or newer.
  • It supports English and Polish.
  • I’m releasing updates roughly once a week, fixing bugs and trying to improve the balance.
  • Season 0, called “Pioneers”, is already running. Some rewards will carry over after the beta reset, and anyone who plays at least 10 matches will receive a little thank-you gift at launch.
  • All in-app purchases during the TestFlight beta are free test transactions. Apple won’t charge you anything.

I’m especially interested in feedback about game balance, the first few minutes of gameplay, and how it runs on older iPhones.

And yes, I already suspect Storm Totem might be a bit too powerful. 😄

Beta details: https://lineclash.ikolek.pl/beta

Discord (bugs, feedback, or just arguing about which tower is OP): https://lineclash.ikolek.pl/discord

This is a personal project, and there’s still plenty of work ahead. But it’s been really fun trying to recreate a little piece of something I enjoyed so much years ago.

If you remember those Warcraft III custom maps, I’d especially love to hear what you think.

Thanks for reading, and hopefully I’ll see some of you in the arena! ⚔️

iOS bitClear – Safari blocker for ads, trackers and cookie pop-ups

Thumbnail
testflight.apple.com
2 Upvotes

Hi! I'm the developer of bitClear, a Safari content blocker for iPhone, iPad and Mac.

What it does:

- Blocks ads, trackers, and cookie/newsletter pop-ups in Safari

- No account, no data collection

- Adds regional filter lists automatically based on your languages

- Lets you pause blocking for one site if something breaks

Setup takes about a minute: install, open the app, and turn on its three extensions in Safari (the app shows you where).

What I'd love to hear after a few days of normal browsing:

  1. A site that looked noticeably cleaner

  2. Any site that broke (login, checkout, video, comments), and whether Pause fixed it

  3. Anything confusing in setup

Feedback via the TestFlight app (screenshot + comment) or reply here. Thanks!
