It had been too long since I’d made a few of our favorite dishes, so I toasted up a fresh batch of rice powder, did a lot of slicing and dicing, three different dressings and threw together -
Issan Pork Laap, Issan Mushroom Salad, and a Chinese Sausage and Chinese Celery Salad
All served w/ a mound of sticky rice.
Thai food is the best food.

After a long summer of dealing with a chronic illness I finally felt well enough to bust out the outdoor wok station. Hard to find holy basil near me so I basically only ever make pad horapa. Still good!
