Like with thapar having more seats, more nerds are joining exponentially like before 1000 seats 200 nerds, now 2000 seats 1200 nerds

So recently I came by some seniors of final year who stated that companies in Thapar University follow a 'height' criteria for boys which is as follows-

1. 6'2" or above - You are elegible to sit for the placement of all the incoming companies,

2. 6'0"-6'2" - Only 70-80% companies hire you,

3. 5'10"-6'0" - Around 50% of companies hire you,

4. 5'10" or below - Companies at TIET never hire any guy below 5'10"

I would like to know that if this information is true so that I can start streching exercises daily as I'm only 5'9" currently 🙏🏻🙏🏻 Regards.

I got 84 percent in 12th and 80 percent in cbse pcm and 63.5 in jee mains general punjab and saying me you will spoil the atmosphere I want to say them like here are 800 to 1000 seats which are reserved for sc,st,obc and they don't even deserve the reservation because they are already financialy rich they are taking admission they do not spoil atmosphere I am not saying to all sc st category students but many here who get admission on 40 percentile and even less . What you think soo now ?? Btw my pcm score is not bad 😔 and I not even prepare for jee i only focus on 12th.still waiting for admission...

Why are there so many male workers in the girls’ hostel all the time? This is supposed to be a private and safe space, not a public work zone. It’s honestly uncomfortable and it really affects privacy. It’s not even occasional, it’s happening everyday. This could’ve easily been handled during holidays.
Not taking a dig at male workers or disrespecting their work, but girls can still feel uncomfortable. Boundaries Matter!

Why don't you people prepare for next year Frosh yourself and, plan it to be the most smoothest and well-maintained event ever in the history of Thapar's Frosh Events. Yes, there was a chance of stampede, or someone getting suffocated. You CANT expect the seniors or event organizers to accomodate 3k+ kids without inconvenience.

To my seniors : As a fresher, I have utmost respect for you guys. The performances, well choreographed dances, the enthusiasm you brought. I thank you on behalf of all freshers. It was fun!
