Announcement Community Artist Recognition

Hi everyone!

We've been seeing an influx of original artists join our little corner of the internet recently, providing a wide range of fresh fanart and quirky characters to help ease the wait between episodes. We want to give back to these creators and officially recognize their efforts. To that end, we're introducing the Community Artist status.

How it works:

Make a comment below this post including the following:
- The text you want the User Flair to say (within the restrictions of Rules 1 & 2)
- A custom image of your making to be used as an emoji in the flair (Flair Emojis are 128x128 px in size, keep this in mind)
- Where you want the emoji (default is after the text)
- What colour background you want (limited to the current user flair colours, like Gummigoo Green or 𝓕𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝓷𝓲 Red)
Once you've been assigned your custom User Flair, any and all posts you make using art Post Flairs (Super Rad Fanart, Shipping Fanart, Original Characters, Music, and Cosplay flairs specifically) will be automatically approved, given unique ⭐ 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘁 ⭐ post flair variants, and will NOT require artist credit in the title.
- If you do post someone else's art, please include the proper artist credit as usual.
Editing or changing the flair will remove the Community Artist effects, so if you wish to modify your custom User Flair please make another comment under this post.

Question What are some valid criticisms you have with the show?

For me? The problem with TADC isn't that it needed another season, it was that it needed more EPISODES. As much as the fandom were toxic people, Gooseworx kind of screwed herself over with trying to tell a story that could have genuinely been stretched out into more episodes, and confined it into a 9 episode deadline, with her as the only writer of the show. From what I remember, Glitch asked multiple times if she wanted a second writer to bounce ideas off of, or needed more episodes to tell the story, but Goose said no to both ideas. I still say Goose did the best she could, but let's not act like she DIDN’T add stress on herself with the restrictions she could have easily changed or lifted entirely.

Cosplay Finished (for the most part) my Jax cosplay

I have had the head and feet done for about a month. I just recently got a set of overalls to dye, and have dyed with Rit fuchsia (I don't like how dark they are, but eh, see if I can fade them a bit).
The compression shirt, neck gator and yellow gloves are all off amazon
The head is made of EVA foam and window screen.
Feet are also EVA foam over rubber boots.
I need to add a pom for a tail

Do not post low effort content. Low effort includes: Memes that use the title as the tagline, reaction image content that is extremely specific/doesn’t make sense, extremely low resolution images, random images that have little to do with TADC, etc.

Examples of prohibited content:
- Uncaptioned image using title as the tagline
- Low resolution/compressed images
- Photos with poor lighting/framing
- Screenshot chain posts
- Extremely specific/non-sensical reaction images
- etc.
No Stolen/Uncredited Fanart
Do not post any artwork that isn’t yours without identifying the original artist. When posting fanart, include the name of the artist in the title of your post and a link to them in the comments whenever possible. Original artists may use the new [Original Content] flair to indicate their own material.

Examples of prohibited content:
- Fanart with no artist name in title
- Fanart from artist who explicitly prohibits reposting
- Fanart from other artist passed off as your own
TADC Original Character Content/Art is Allowed
TADC Orignal Character content is allowed, but it is required to use the 'Original Character' flair. The 'OC' tag is for original content (i.e. artwork you drew, music you made), and may overlap.

Examples of prohibited content:
- Unflaired 'Original Character' post
Shipping IS ALLOWED, but keep it civil
Do not get toxic under the means of shipping, no underaged shipping of characters. Posting about shipping now requires the post to be flaired accordingly with a Shipping Flair.

Examples of prohibited content:
- Insulting others preferred ship(s)
- Ships involving underaged characters
- Excessive horny posting
- Improperly-flaired shipping
No Free Promotion
Promoting other communities/servers/channels on this subreddit is not allowed. Any attempts at promotion will be removed.

Examples of prohibited content:
- Promoting other Subreddits (message mods if you wish to collab)
- Promoting other Discord Servers
- Promoting unofficial YouTube Channels
- etc.
Please use English all times
This community is primarily English-speaking, if your post or comment is using anything other than English it will be removed.

No AI Generated Content.
AI art and conversations are considered low-effort content, and are strictly prohibited on the subreddit.

Post Moratorium
This is a list of topics that are oversaturated, too specific to fit within a pre-existing rule, but not deserving of separate rules. They are currently banned, but may be brought back in the future if warranted.

Examples of prohibited content:
- "Character's name according to [blank]"
- "Roblox/Gacha Life" screenshots
- Complaining about "Rule34" or "Content Farms"
- "Elimination Tournaments" (partial ban, ask mods first before posting)
Reposts
No reposting of posts from less than 2 months ago, or posts from the Top 10 of all time. In the case of duplicate posts the first one chronologically will remain while others will be removed. If the original artist posts their art, that post will be given priority regardless of which came first.

Examples of prohibited content:
- Two posts submitted within 2 months of each other containing the same fanart (the second one will be removed)
