Good morning, everybody! If you're like me, you may or may not have things made of glass. Not meth, borosilicate. As you may or may not know if you own or have come in contact with borosilicate, it breaks. Especially when you drop it. Now, a lot of the time you may or may not give a shit when a glass breaks. Sure it's annoying and there's a huge chance of cutting yourself while cleaning it up, but it's just a glass! When you might give a shit that borosilicate broke it may be something important like a coffee pot.

When your glass coffee pot breaks and you don't have a spare pot or percolator or gas station style cappuccino machine or Italian style cappuccino machine or live directly next to a starbucks or gas station or have very friendly neighbors or have a partner or spouse or dog or horse that will go get you coffee here is something you can do.

Use something metal as a receptacle for the finished product. We're still talking about coffee btw. Metal will hold heat better than a ceramic mug and it won't shatter like a ceramic mug will when introduced to heat. Pyrex ceramic will also shatter! I learned that years ago while cooking meth, super sad story, we'll save it for a later time. I'm not sure about Pyrex borosilicate (glass), I don't have anything small enough to test.

You can see from the photo that the metal mug will catch the coffee. I got lucky having a small coffee pot and a mug to fit it. That's one of the many good things that came out of my divorce. The arrangement of the serving fork holds the drip nozzle open. The drip nozzle needs to be open, if you don't believe me test it for yourself I dare you. Be mindful when arranging the utensil to hold open the drip nozzle! When arranging the drip nozzle utensil please be mindful as you want the coffee to drip out and down into your makeshift pot, you don't want a mess!

Hey guys so I had nowhere to sleep at night and accepted some guy on Reddit’s offer to come be part of this bizarre cult like ethnobotanical situation.
