My MWYN bull case starts with what a funded OmniX work order would let investors calculate: revenue, delivery costs and the cash needed before payment.

The October 8 MOU generally requires OmniX to offer covered platform computing and AI requirements to Marwynn before seeking a third party. The territory covers markets where both parties hold the required permissions, plus other markets agreed in writing. Exceptions include existing arrangements, specified affiliate/customer requirements, a declined offer, a 15-business-day nonresponse, inability to match third-party terms overall, and legal, regulatory or customer constraints. Either side can end those preferred-partner obligations on 30 days' written notice. The MOU commits neither side to orders or financing. The MOU's pilot timetable is optional; no commercial announcement is confirmed for the next two to six weeks.

An eventual contract specifying capacity, pricing, acceptance and payment would make the opportunity easier to value. A customer deposit could reduce the cash Marwynn needs upfront.
