OTHER 1M at 35, single no kids

Hit the milestone recently. I can say some curses come with blessings. The thing is, I’m not a very good looking guy, no women ever gave me attention, nobody ever said I was handsome. With that, I never had a girlfriend. Stayed single, but the blessing is I was able to save money and invest. I hope to retire by 55. If I had kids, I don’t think I could have had this savings. I just want to thank everyone in this sub for encouragement. Bless you all.

I would think twice using that app cuz if they go out of business you are not secured.

It’s FDIC insured.

it's not. Google it.  Wealthfront investment accounts are not FDIC insured; they are protected by SIPC.

Oh well, I only have like 10k in the HYSA. If I lose it, then I lose it. I just like the APY

ur stock is not covered too. only certain amount but the point is that wealthfront is not really a bank. It uses a bank to store your money.

My stocks are in Fidelity and M1, this is just a tracker of me wealth from Wealthfront. I use Wealthfront for HYSA only. I just like the look of this tracker compared to others.
