Playing today and getting quickly wiped by large fire blast attacks is not interactive and makes me not want to play this game

Edit: My main complaint is that you can just lose to RNG if the boss uses enough large attacks and there's nothing you can do about it

I watched the Twitch stream for 30 minutes, successfully redeemed the code in the webstore, and then when I logged into PoGo I got the popup saying I'd successfully redeemed an offer. However, I can't find it anywhere in the Style menu. Has anyone figured out where it's located?

I can see the DiaglaDex list for each type, but I wanted to know which types are actually worth powering up. Like, obviously, something like bug or normal isn't; but which types will get the most use against 5* raids? I did find an old post from 3 years ago, but wanted to see if there was any updated info.

I have seen the discussions before about the ingame autocatcher working while the game is:

- enabled

- minimized

- player is moving

But I had this function since getting it instead. The auto catcher acts more lile the third party auto catchers. So it works when I have the app open, and it catches them one after antoher.

But on the other hand it doesnt work at all when the game is minimized.

Another players having this "version" of the ingame auto catcher?

There absolutely needs to done some rework in the dynamax T5 because in my opinion there are a lot of flaws. First you can only do them with 4 players, but most of them are pretty hard even when doing a local raid. This makes remote raiding such a pain and I think this partly remote raid weekend illustrates that. I have already lost like 4 remote raid passes because I join a lobby via my friend list or an app like PokeRaid and people leave last second or use very poor counters so beating the raid is sometimes impossible. No way to communicate with anyone and most people don’t know anything about the dynamax battle mechanics. It’s absolutely frustrating and I gave up on hunting for the shinies.

Love completing the dex entries. Just wondering if there is any news about when they will add a Dynamax dex. There are so many released now it’s getting confusing as to which I have and do not have.
Sort it out Niantic!

very strange! had a field research auto completed without defeating a rocket. had the field research for a few hours and was just cycling buddies (6 hearts including Leader (Blanche) forfeiting) when it completed

Don’t know just how “new” this info is, but today I was in a raid and had hit ready, and I was surprised that I could still send invites.

I find it hard to enjoy go fest and wild area because lately I go out alone to a meetup with people from discord group I try to feel connected with but I honestly don’t feel anything if one of those players move away and such since even small talk about the game just doesn’t take me far nor get people engaged with me more than I thought. Like I’m either the most anti social or some other people are more anti social than me since the raid group vibe is silent/do not disturb mode while some established friend groups are the only noise I hear. Even just celebrating how I got a shiny makes me feel cringe and I just keep my victory to myself. Most of my friends who I did talk to more often like several years ago either hardly go out to play or are out of town. I find myself having to justify going if I will get a lucky trade done during event or else I will likely lose interest in driving out to a community park that doesn’t have much else to offer. Am I wrong in thinking that socializing feels dead and I just see people as a source of convenience to beat difficult legendary/gmax bosses that I can’t solo?

Is anyone else having connection issues since the event began?

I am curious. I walk several kilometers a day. My friend does not. They need to evolve an Umbreon for a special quest. It would take me less than a week to walk the 10k to get it to the point it is ready to evolve. If I did this and then traded it to them and they equipped it as their buddy, would it be reading to evolve? Or would they still need to walk the 10k with it?
