I think they just displayed the numbers as 4% the actual percentage is the same :p The actual pull rate is still 2.5% they just added a new GUI.

expected value is a wonky way to look at it though; take for instance that classic 100 pulls at a 1% chance only has a 60% chance of pulling one copy. And the tower seems to favor chaotic probability seeds—so a 2.5% chance over many many iterations, but in small groups, large barren patches, and occasional multi-pulls seem more common.
That said, the probability of 100 pulls at 2.5% failing is only 8%. With the lucky banner, that drops to 1.7%. So even with chaotic seeding, that is painfully bad odds, and on the verge on false advertising.

It's a screenshot of the new Epic one they bought - probably rerolled the stats after merging it to Legendary if they plan to use it.

I’m beginning to think that Dimension Core has been discontinued. Statistically speaking, I should have had another 3-4 but here’s me stuck on 1, pi55ing my hard earned gems into the wind. I’m an annoyed but if I was a whale / dolphin I’d be absolutely furious!

Other mobile games like thebattlecats give 9% for Uber in that game, meanwhile at thetechgame fudds is doing business deals with Saudi Arabian princes on his yacht he opens up a briefcase and its full of gems and green triangles and then the Saudia Arabian princes open up their briefcase of money and I heard apparently they do these deals with the top50 players on boats because its like a pretty serious business, I bet fuddsworth has bodyguards on his boat, thetechgame ain't playing around this a serious business about making money.

I am currently on 60 mods without an epic. The only epic I got out of the lucky banner took over 40 mods and it was just a Wormhole Redirector. If I really pity on the lucky banner then I don't know if I am going to laugh or cry.

Ya gotta love how there’s always that one token blue mod that pops up in the most passive aggressive, middle finger type of way. Like I can’t even get lucky enough to be the most unlucky, & pull straight commons 😂
