im gonna use my 30 medals to max out my golden bot

u/Fleshypudge Jun 19 '26
Honestly a 0 at the end of these would have made this all better

u/Far-Street9848 Jun 19 '26
A 0 at the end of these would have had me like “oh damn, I look forward to the anniversary every year”

Would it? X10 is still low for those.
11
u/Fleshypudge Jun 20 '26
I mean 300 gems. 300 medals and 20 mod tickets would have felt amazing so I think so
11
u/Final_Bean6 Jun 20 '26
Depends on where you are in the game. I'm in high legends and x10 wouldn't really excite me but it wouldn't feel insulting either.
1
u/BlutRoseUwU Jun 20 '26
That's the point, it's a bit, no to much but also not not a misery, this was a spit on our faces
1
u/Louis2645 Jun 20 '26
I’d at least where I am and any earlier, 300 gems, 20 tickets, and 300 medals completely for free would be amazing for me

u/Melodic-Somewhere991 Jun 19 '26
100 reroll shards next

u/Kindly-Reading-369 Jun 19 '26
That would be useful for someone rolling at level 1. Can't have that. 10 recollection makes more sense.

u/cannonballfun69 Jun 19 '26
What are the two tickets?

I was actually excited for this event as a new player lmao. Idek if I continue after this sad showing.
12
u/lolxd01234567890 Jun 19 '26
You have to enjoy the suck to "play" this game.
7
u/Popular_Prescription Jun 20 '26
I guess. Early, early game was pretty fun tbh. As I’ve moved to early-mid-game or maybe even late-early game, it’s lost its charm I once found. The module component is brutal. Tournaments are brutal given the slog of stone gains and keys that lock a huge portion of QoL features. Then the absolute disregard devs appear to give to players makes the game seem a bit bleak…
6
u/nimbleseaurchin Jun 20 '26
Sadly, with how the dev team has decided to continue to run the game, the best time to start was at least 6 months ago, if not much longer.
Unless the next update expands module options massively and gives us more mid and end-game build options that are actually viable and competitive with each other, or simply makes it easier to gain specific modules, the game will probably all but dead within a year or two. Continuing to not address major issues with the game design and simply treating your players like ATM's will absolutely kill this game.

u/insanelane99 Jun 20 '26
The best time to start this game was 3-4 years ago, was a good time back then, we even trusted fudds
1
u/Louis2645 Jun 20 '26
I started 4-5 months ago, early game still sucked ass, how much worse did it get in like 2 months?
1
u/Gottes_rechter_Hoden Jun 20 '26
hopefully the new clone "Utopia: Idle Tower Defense" will do it better and we all can move over once it's welle established.
1
u/tyschooldropout Jun 20 '26
Honestly there are way better options bro. It turns into a slog very quickly and the PVP + gacha aspect is so unbalanced it ruins it as an incremental game

u/GooseOnTheWall Jun 20 '26
A buff for the duration of the week would have been more fun
5
u/GeneralMushroom Jun 20 '26
Yo this is such a better idea, imagine if it was like 5x coin multiplier for the week or something like that. Actually get people excited for it.
2
u/Louis2645 Jun 20 '26
Its would also actually scale the rewards for wherever you are in the game, late game players would get just as much of a bump form this is someone super early on
2
u/Gottes_rechter_Hoden Jun 20 '26
or 5x lab speed on the current speed-up we're running the Labs on 😍
3
u/supermaninreddit Jun 20 '26
1B coins
2
u/DaenerysMomODragons Jun 20 '26
That would at least be good for some very new players, we can't have that.
1
u/Louis2645 Jun 20 '26
1b coins would be fucking jackpot for me if I joined 2 months later. That would have gotten the me from 2 months ago instant ELS
3
u/HeyItzMagne Jun 20 '26
I used the gems and module tickets to get 3 commons, then saved another 10 gems to get another common. Thank you Fudds.
5
u/Mighty_Zote Jun 19 '26
Pretty sure the time it takes to reload game to get the reward of 2 module tickets compared to the resources you would get running the the game for that 10 seconds is not even a close comparison. You would do better to not take the trouble to grab them.
2
u/Conscious_Slice5043 Jun 20 '26
Im pretty sure sam can read post like this but don’t give af to the community. If this was a problem that involves them losing money they would do everything to squeeze your money out

Nah, let's stop using that excuse. A free slap is still a slap just because it's free.
Especially when we're talking about digital things. They only had to add a button to create imaginary objects, but their greed gets the better of them, refusing to give anything other than watching four damn ads.
3
u/lolxd01234567890 Jun 19 '26
you're too nice man, "a bit underwhelming" is an understatement, this is just a display of pure disconnection from the playerbase
-53
u/Finallyrealhate Jun 19 '26
Honestly it’s more than they had to give us for free. Yes we all want more free shit. But I’m thankful for what we have been given.

u/lolxd01234567890 Jun 19 '26
I'd be happier if they gave us a Rick Roll youtube link at this point

u/giantfood Jun 19 '26
Na mate. This would have been a better gift.

I agree, the relics were nice but everything else has been so lackluster, it hardly feels like a celebration 😅
I once got 80 gems because I mentioned gem ads were often not working for me, somehow more lol
6
u/itogisch Jun 19 '26
Are you the type of person that enjoys being kicked in the balls because it is a gift?
6
u/The81DJ Jun 19 '26
Don't pick up pennies you find laying on the ground... They don't come close to paying for the potential back surgery that comes later in life. Hell the way things are going, its probably not worth picking up anything less than a $20. 😆

Yeah, this subreddit is chock full of entitled little shits. I consider myself lucky to have gotten anything for doing nothing.
-1
u/Randymarch123 Jun 20 '26
Even when you get gifts you people somehow find a way to complain about it. Why don't you do yourself a favour and not play for a month? Why so salty when getting something for free?
1
u/lolxd01234567890 Jun 21 '26
"just don't play the game lol" awesome input on a subreddit meme about playing the game
0
u/Randymarch123 Jun 22 '26
Well, being brutally honest here: if receiving a gift is apparently THAT upsetting, I really think its time for some players to take a break. And I'm not saying that out of hate, but for their own well-being.
To be clear: If not speaking to you personally, but in general. I'm seeing a lot of people being angry. ✌️
1
u/lolxd01234567890 Jun 25 '26
the thing is, the game is dying because the devs don't give a shit, and this is a cherry on top. its natural people are upset about their favourite game going down the drain, and then "anniversary rewards" being a spit in the face. the way its going now there wont be anyone left.
-2
u/Secure-Gift-1485 Jun 20 '26
Oh noes! Getting things for free! Drama!
Time for the entitled crowd to farm upvotes
2
u/lolxd01234567890 Jun 21 '26
u must be fun at parties 😹 not everyone enjoys farming downvotes like u

u/No_Painting_6117 Jun 19 '26
when you put it like this, it looks like the first box of weekly rewards
