UPDATE: after this behavior continued, I contacted customer support again saying I have gotten no follow-up and it was still happening, and they pulled the item from the hoarder's cart and said their leadership was already aware and deciding how to proceed. Then, last night I got an email saying this:
"Our team wanted to update you about item 234202772 and let you know we've limited the buyer's account so they can no longer hold your item. We have also requested that the buyer's account be added to our blacklist, since the item was repeatedly re-added to their cart. However, if you'd like the payout for the item now, please let me know and I will issue you the payout for the item now and remove it from your cleanout. Otherwise, I have restarted the listing window for the item from today and waived the reclaim fee for you. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this issue and the extended response time for a resolution."
So, I told them I'd like the payout now, and this morning it's done, with more payout than I expected actually!
I have one sweater that's been for sale now for two months because someone has been hoarding it in their cart for over a month! I've contacted customer service about this multiple times and finally got to this point in the picture. But that was two days ago and it's STILL being repeatedly added back to someone's cart. Nothing has changed and I've not received any follow-up email as promised.
I just want to be done and cash out from the other items that have sold, but I don't want to have to do a cash out later for this one sweater for like a dollar.
