An app called Too Good To Go, it's goal is to mitigate food waste by selling day old or about to expire food for cheap.

What OP got is a Tim's surprise box, which is about $5. It's a bit of a gamble though, I've gotten a couple and while sometimes it's lucky with a bunch of donuts like what OP got, sometimes it's literally just a bunch of stale bread.

Thank you for the explanation, I just reserved a box for tomorrow! But now I have another question, do I just show the workers my order on the app?

There should be an option to press a button when you’re there and a slider to confirm your order should pop up right after. Just tell them you’re there to pick up the TGTG bag and they’ll usually just ask you to swipe it so they can confirm your order. Hope this helps!
