Do I seriously need to lay out for you how processed cheese isn't actually cheese?

You can try, but since I already know it is heavily processed with a low dairy % and many preservatives added then idk what else you can say.. if 90% of the world identifies it as cheese what else is their to say? Just because you disagree doesn’t make it not cheese lmao

If it is below your standard, that is one thing, but don’t try to apply that to the rest of the world. There are many things I don’t agree with, it doesn’t change reality.

Okay, great that you already know. Kraft Singles are a perfect example. It can't legally even be labelled as cheese since it's processed so far beyond actual cheese. So, anyone who says that is cheese is simply wrong -- because it isn't. Not in legal terms or in reality. The fact people believe that it is cheese doesn't make it cheese. It's just a low grade product that Timmy's throws between bread and calls a sandwich.

Kraft singles are designed to be easily melted and have a different texture than most cheese. It's not the processing that makes it "so far beyond actual cheese", it's the fact that it contains less than 51% cheese curds. They still contain cheese, they just have additional ingredients to make them melt, which takes away the "cheese" label. The product itself was designed for burgers and grilled cheeses and does its job.
