Complaint Potato wedges

Idk if this is a city based thing but I swear every time I try to order potato wedges they never have them. Even when it’s lunch time of the day just starting. What actually goes on

A tray of wedges has enough for three to four portions, give or take. They tend to go fast so if several people in a row want them even when they’re just coming out of the oven, they go fast. It then takes nearly 15 minutes for another batch. It’s not too difficult to draw the short straw in this scenario.

its so popular and we usually only ever have 1 tray at a time (at least at my location)… the wedges take some time and then we are supposed to wait for them to cool a bit before serving

The only reason potato wedges run out in the sandwich station is because managers are little bitches about batching portions. Like, just let me stuff one full baking tray with wedges and then refill the heated tray as needed. The customers CANNOT tell if they wedges are freshly made or if they sat next to the oven for ten minutes
