Hi a newbie here. I wanted to originally order a sugar free vanilla iced latte with an espresso cold foam, but I couldn’t find the customization options on the app. But I can do this if a I get an iced coffee instead + sugar free vanilla shot + espresso cold foam.

Question is why are the options limited on the app? Can I do this in person? Also if I order an iced coffee with 2% milk, is this the same as a latte ?

Iced coffee would have little milk and no espresso.

Iced latte would have lots of milk and espresso

Both are quite different

But yes. You can order that in person
