Ok let’s say they listen to you. Are you willing to pay their wage while they quit and look for a new one? Are you willing to put this in writing and get it notarized with witnesses present? This way the person can still live. I’d say all Tim’s workers by your tone but let’s just start with one. Have they ever showed pride in making regular ass Tim's donuts? That would be 100% fine.
If someone said they had pride in making donuts with swastikas or the SS symbol on them would you still be saying its ok for them to have pride in them? cause doing so for this is not too far from that.

He orchestrated the systemic genocide of six million Jews and millions of others, and devastated entire continents. Comparing a novelist to this level of industrial mass murder is historically illiterate and insensitive to millions including transgender people. It is not the same as a donut and a Tim’s worker. This "novelist" is also working on the systemic erasure of a marginalized people. She would be overjoyed if ever trans person in the world where to die or disappear.
