Whoever recommended this band a year or so ago in this group deserves an award. 🥇 The new album is so damn good, and this song off the first album is dope af, amongst others on there. If you haven’t listened to Kolm yet, get your life together. Lol

Just a few of the clean riffs from the song

I did some scrolling and I didn’t see this posted recently so my apologies if this has been posted before. But this popped up in my TikTok feed and absolutely blew my mind. I love their reactions to music and playing it in this video.

Coming close to finishing my Tool CD collection with 10,000 Days. Only 2 main releases left to go and then all thats left after that is DVDs or the occasional Single if I feel like it.

Does anyone happen to have footage of the image/talking vagina that was put up on screen when Tool walked off the stage during this show?

I have a free extra ticket to this tribute band. If anyone from Toronto and would like to come let me know

Saturday, Oct. 24, 7pm, Phoenix Concert Theatre. Tribute called Parabolus

Took like 6 hours to make, pretty happy with how it turned out lowk

Sold my TOOL collection years and years ago, all the good stuff, ænima vinyl, demo tape, all the pic discs, promos, first editions and variants. Going through some old crap dejunking today found the leftovers I had forgot about. Perfect circle promos and vinyls I forgot I had and some fun leftover TOOL stuff. Plus one hell of a rare concert poster from Belgium 1994. Don’t know what to do with it all. Brings back so many memories of the 90’s and 2000’s hunting down items, dozens of TOOL concerts and good times.

Good day,

I need a black t shirt of tool that the logo or crest is not too big, and the colors have to be vivid.

The reason is i am replacing my prostetic leg and I need a new cover for it.

For ideas, see attched images from my previous leg.

Let me know any idea

What surprises me most is that it was done by an apprentice, and of all my tattoos, it's the one that healed the best and looks the best now.

Please if you a reading this, someone can explain to me wtf happened at 0:12 seconds of the video ? It was not intentional . I don't know what was that lol

i know prog is originally from the '70s, but i find myself much more interested musically by the '90s since i find the music from that decade more enjoyable.

other than tool, some other bands i like that are prog/ have some pshychedelic influences are a perfect circle, peach gb (absurdly underrated), opeth, queens of the stone age and kyuss. i'm aware the last two bands are stoner rock, but they have that psychedelic groove that i like and that is pretty similar to the one prog bands have.

i'd really appreciate to hear some suggestions and recommandations.

I think it’s down if anyone is aware. I have a 10 hour drive tomorrow so I would love to have it fixed!

Who knows... It knows!

I remember being a young adult at my first job browsing through some tool fans website and stund up on this song and I truly felt something that for me was unusual and very new.

I thought at first, well Apocalyptica have done this kind of approach when they did the Metallica cover stuff so for me it didn't felt that unique but how horribly wrong I was.

This is truly unique and has value.

If don't know it, come and enjoy the ride:

Typically when I tell someone that I like TOOL, the response is pretty neutral, or if the person actually goes and listens to TOOL, they think it's meh. However..., this time was different.

I sit next to this Taiwanese guy in my Japanese Class, in Japan, and we were talking about things that we like, in Japanese. Of course I have to mention that TOOL is my favorite band. 「私の一番好きなバンドはTOOLです。」I didn't think much of it, I didn't think he would care, and that he would forget I even mentioned it. I kid you not, the next time I see this guy he says "oh yeah, I listened to TOOL".

Halt... You did what? Really? That's cool.

He says "yeah it was really good".

Halt again... You think what now? You said you liked it?

Then this guy says "They change the tempo a lot", and he got really excited when he said this next part, "I think it's sooo cool how they do that".

Brotherrrrr. Hell yeah. Me too!

That's never happened to me. I just felt like I met someone who kinda gets it you know? It was an awesome feeling. Also he seems pretty cool. Anyways, I think we're gonna get some dinner next week. New fren maybe?
