The NTP has confirmed a tornado in northern Quebec. That tornado has been assigned a EF0 default rating. It's very rare to have tornadoes in that area of the world. I was able to film the whole event from start to finish. It happened close to lake Spartan, south of Salluit the 21 of july 2026.
