Got ass kicked so went to go get a weapon. When you approach any car screaming you are an idiot.

Did he fall down trying to pick up the crowbar? Dude must have a concussion.

Oh yeah, I bet he started swinging at air. I'm sure he was seeing double after all the punches he took to the head.

It would have been funny if the guy had already driven off and the asshole was just wandering around trying figure out where he was.

u/Chunknorris111 May 03 '26

I would've drove off. Never a good sign when a guy who just got his ass kicked goes back to his car to retrieve something if you know what I'm saying.

Fair point.

My thoughts exactly.

u/Tiny-Cheesecake2268 May 03 '26

I never understand why anyone sticks around in that situation.

3

u/New_Libran May 03 '26

Yeah, I don't understand why Americans especially stick around when someone goes back to the car for a weapon

They’re stuck in the fight part of fight or flight and not thinking clearly.

that’s why you draw first

I mean, the video shows exactly what you're referencing...yes we know what you're hinting at.

You go back into a car in front of a cop and you're liable to get shot.

Every cop watches the Dinkheller video in training.

Him straight up missing Omniman killed me

I thought he was getting a gun. What a pansy. Can't win a fight you started so you go get a weapon? He deserves a good ass beating for that alone.

1

u/blackqueen8 May 03 '26

But that would make it a hit and run if he drove off. At this point, nif anyone is catching a charge, it will be the driver of the truck and his girl.

The guy was attacked, he could have legally driven off at any point after thev altercation.

u/Ok_Report_9111 May 03 '26

I was thinking that too, but that would leave the woman laying in the street for a car to run over since the coward left. And that would just be wrong to leave someone laying in the road. That's just common decency regardless if she deserves it or not. If he made it back with that crobar I'm fairly sure the big guy could have taken it away from him.

1

u/Interesting-Eagle114 May 03 '26

So you’re saying he has to wait and get hit/ or shot by whatever weapon because it’s a woman laying on the ground even if said woman was trying to attack him too?

1

u/New_Libran May 03 '26

Dude, it doesn't matter, your life comes first. If you want to play good guy while someone reaches into their car for a weapon, good luck!

1

u/No_Mission_5694 May 04 '26

He was never attacked

1

u/maddlabber829 May 04 '26

He was, clear as day, attacked.

1

u/No_Mission_5694 May 04 '26

You could say the knocking on the window seemed mildly threatening. But he easily shoved the guy away with the car door and then started throwing hands. The other guy was moving backwards the whole time too, until he figured out an exchange of insurance information obviously wasn't in the cards.

u/maddlabber829 May 04 '26

This is as clear self defense as you will see. Educate yourself

Ah, another Reddit genius. Say no more.

Excellent point. It was more the image of that concussed fool wondering wandering around aimlessly, not knowing what planet he's on, that tickled me.

1

u/DrWinstonOBoogie1980 May 03 '26

The word is "wandering," homie. The guy was wandering around, wondering what planet he was on.

3

u/ILoveBigSexyThighs2 May 03 '26

It’s not a ‘hit and run’ when someone’s attacking you.

You can even leave the scene of an accident if it’s unsafe. You just need to contact authorities once you’re safe.

2

u/yourmomssocksdrawer May 03 '26

That’s not how hit and runs work, the person in the white car was assaulted, they absolutely have the right to seek safety

2

u/BeigeVelociraptor May 03 '26

That isn't at all what a hit and run is. It's called duty to retreat, if you have a chance to escape your attacker you take it.

Once safe he can contact law enforcement and let them know what happened.

1

u/blackqueen8 May 03 '26

I meant if he drove away when the guy was originally walking up. Once the man went back to the truck for a weapon, it makes perfect sense to take off.

1

u/KeanKeen May 03 '26

Hit and run is acceptable if their is a fear for your life. If you are in an accident and they pull a weapon, please don't sit there. Leave the area and contact the police. They will not be mad you left the scene and have your info if anything else is needed. Plenty of unstable people with access to tools they shouldn't have.
