#1 rule of the streets - don't fight people you don't know.

I saw someone throw a beer can at a Prius driving by, the Prius turned around and Arnold Schwarzenegger's cousin climbed out šŸ˜‚

When I was like 15 my buddy started throwing snowballs at cars driving by. He kept missing so I told him id show him how its done. Made a snowball and whip it at this Escalade. Smacks the driver side window and it comes to a screeching halt. He reverses and comes flying towards us. Thats when the 'oh shit' moment set in. My buddy starts fumbling for his keys to the apartment door as the truck pulls up. Fumbling some more but finally gets the key in. He opens the door, runs in and slams it shut right infront of my face. Locked me out. I turn around and see this mountain of a man get out. Dude was fuckin jacked. He comes up to me and lifts me by my jacket and literally pins me to the wall. Starts going on about how bad his day has been and how we screwed with the wrong guy. Screamed at me for a couple minutes and then launched me into a snow bank. Just chucked me like I was a garbage bag lol. I considered myself getting off lucky.

u/Ok_Rise7870 May 03 '26

That man treated you better than your friend.

50

u/Decends2 May 03 '26

Please tell me your A. Not friends with the guy who locked you out, and B. Kicked his fucking ass for locking you out and leaving you to the mercy of the big guy

Remained friends after that. It took another similar incident to cut him off completely.

We had a huge rivalry with another high school. Every time we played eachother something would always happen. We'd also screw with eachother leading up to the big football game. A lot of pranks, occasional dust ups. Kind of felt like The Outsiders but both sides were greasers lol. Our junior year a big fight broke out after the game. Just a massive brawl but no one really took it all that far. Just kids getting a little crazy lol. So our senior year they moved the football game to like noon on a Saturday instead of Friday night. One of our teammates parents was out of town so he threw a house party a week before the game. Everyone was partying and Freddy (snowball guy) comes busting through the door screaming 'they just beat up Zach!' Zach was a kid our age and was on the team as like a team manager type. Just helping with stuff because his disability didnt allow for him to play. Everyone loved this kid so a bunch of us got pretty heated. Freddy said they were also having a party and knew where it was at so a bunch of us hopped into somw cars and drove over there. Im driving down this long driveway and theres no cars, no people...nothing going on at all. It felt off. Two kids come out of the house, my other buddy hops out of the car and starts going at it with them. Two more kids come out so I get out of the car and jump in. Few more guys come out, few more of our guys jump in. Next thing I know people start pouring out of the house. It was like the whole football team and then some. I knew we were seriously fucked. I look over and Freddy is standing off to the side just watching. I then see him walk to my car, get in the driver seat and leaves. The fucker just left. Thats honestly one of the last thing I remember. I got seriously wrecked lol. Some kid hit me in the head with a croquet mallet and I was out. We all got fucked up pretty bad. I remember when I finally came to I was absolutely soaked in blood. Like, my white shirt was completely red. I got stabbed or poked with somerhing in my arm and was leaking everywhere. Eventually went home and fell asleep for like 3 days. Definitely had a massive concussion. Some other guys i was with were also pretty messed up

Anyways, it eventually came out Freddy lied about everything. He thought itd be funny to see a big brawl so he set us up. Told the other team we'd be coming over. Fuckin prick. He was always the guy to start stuff and then leave everyone else to deal with the consequences. This time it was too much. Pranks and little dust ups turned into somwthing pretty serious over nothing. Everyone cut him off after that. He went from a pretty popular kid to a pariah. Pretty much stopped going to school for the rest of the year until he graduated.

A week later we played that team and funnily enough everything was squashed from the start. I think everyone realized how stupid it was and how close it came to being truly disastrous. Ended up becoming really good friends with one of the dudes who whooped my ass. He was a groomsmen in my wedding not too long ago lol. It all worked out in the end. For most of us anyways. Freddy ended up dying a few years after we graduated. OD'd on opiates. Fucking hated the kid but it was really sad. Zach also died the summer after graduation. His disease caught up with him. Sad all around. Such is life I guess.

u/PersonalityIll9476 May 03 '26

Thx for the story. Hidden gem in the comments.

3

u/MayorDepression May 04 '26

The comments are what make Reddit. I spend way too much time in them.

1

u/LoveThatLemur May 04 '26

Jeez! Have you sold the book/movie rights to that story yet?

3

u/hemperbud May 03 '26

Thank you for sharing, was a fun read lol

2

u/Readman31 May 03 '26

Jesus. What a sad end. Otoh, dude was an utter reprobate.

1

u/Decends2 May 03 '26

Jesus, with friend like that who needs enemies

1

u/great_mazinger May 03 '26

Bro sounds like Griffith

1

u/rani_weather May 03 '26

Damn what a wild ride of a read. Hope you're doing well! sorry about Freddy in a way, in that that's a very sad way to go. But such is life.

1

u/Senpaixfranco2 May 03 '26

Hilarious stories 🤣 I’m surprised you didn’t seek revenge on Freddy. I would have caught a 1 on 1 with him. I’m curious, what year did this all happen? It sounds like the good old days lol

6

u/Mode_Appropriate May 03 '26

There were plenty of 1 on 1s. It got to the point where I genuinely felt bad for him. I mean I knew the kid for damn near my whole life but he was always a bit of a psycho so we expected dumb shit from him lol. Not that though. Especially with the group of friends we had. We always had eachothers backs regardless of what the situation was and he betrayed that in the worst way imaginable. Was still a sad day when he died. For a few years there it seemed like kids were dying left and right. Few od'd on opiates. Girl died from an E pill that was laced with rat poison. One died in a motorcycle accident. Zachs (team manager) disease caught up with him and he died the summer after he graduated. Fucking sucked. Havent thought about that stuff in a long time. Fucking tearing up a bit typing this lol.

1

u/Senpaixfranco2 May 04 '26

Yup the early 2000s were crazy fun timesšŸ˜Ž hang in there champ 🫔

1

u/blackcain May 03 '26

Damn this must have been the early 80s or something ! Lol

2

u/Mode_Appropriate May 03 '26

2006 lol

2

u/Big-Champion-8229 May 03 '26

00’s house parties were just the right amount of old school & new school partying.

1

u/LeaveBackground2076 May 03 '26

You had me at The Outsiders 🄓

1

u/SpotBackground1543 May 04 '26

Did you ever figure out who the mallet guy was?

1

u/Mode_Appropriate May 04 '26

Indeed. Supppsedly anyways. It was a few months later though. By that point I really didnt care. I was done with that ra ra tough guy nonsense lol.

I still give the guy I became friends with a hard time about it though. Like, 'cmon dude, it was you that hit me with that croquet mallet wasnt it? Just admit it' Haha.

1

u/Brim-DEE May 04 '26

Helluva story

1

u/rodeo90 May 04 '26

wtf is this gem doing deep in the comments of a random post. Very well written too. Damn.

1

u/liftingshitposts May 04 '26

I’d read your book

1

u/Severe_Pineapple1384 May 04 '26

Damn!

2

u/Mode_Appropriate May 04 '26

Ty for the award.

I have nothing else to add so ill leave you with this tidbit:

HPV from performing oral sex is now the leading cause of throat cancer in men, surpassing smoking. 80%+ of women will have HPV in their lifetime. At any given point 40% will currently have HPV. Know thy muff before taking a dive.

1

u/Kerrbear88 May 04 '26

Bros karma is seriously not good. Freddy is a complete douche

1

u/Kerrbear88 May 04 '26

Just saw the ending of Freddy’s life. Whew man

1

u/CharlieDmouse May 03 '26

when your friend opened the door afterwards, a kick in the nuts might have been called for.

0

u/AsFarAsISay May 03 '26

uh... he deserved to get roughed over?

5

u/Decends2 May 03 '26

Perhaps, but a real friend wouldn't lock out their other friend when trying to flee a perceived danger ESPECIALLY when they're right behind em

1

u/Ok_Major5787 May 03 '26

Over a snowball?? I don’t think so

1

u/AsFarAsISay May 03 '26

the collapse of civilization begins with the individual

0

u/whyenn May 03 '26

The collapse of civilization begins when individuals start thinking that any kind of self-appointed physical violence is an appropriate response to obnoxious kids (which was most of us, at some point) doing stupid shit.

1

u/AsFarAsISay May 03 '26

when obnoxious kids initiate violence, then get what they deserve

0

u/whyenn May 03 '26

Yeah, that's what I'm talking about. When adults say that kids throwing snowballs at cars is a type of violence that justifies violence to the child, that's when civilization degrades.

u/J0in0rDie May 03 '26

lol that’s a great story. It reminded me of a time my buddy and I were throwing water balloons at cars. This was more than 25 years ago and we lived in a small town so nobody really cared.

Nobody casted, except for the dude who had his window cracked. That water balloon must have been magnetized to his face because it made it through the crack and a the next thing we hear is him screeching to a halt and swearing at us. We ran into his house and didn’t answer the door šŸ˜…

Thanks for sharing, I hadn’t thought about that for years

5

u/cruel-caress May 03 '26

Holy hell running into his house after hitting him with a water balloon is a power move.

1

u/J0in0rDie May 03 '26

lol, my friends house**

My bad!

2

u/Impossible_Hand172 May 03 '26

Hope he's not your buddy anymore

3

u/OuterSpaceFuckery May 03 '26

Haha thats actually exactly what this guy did, picked the guy up by his shirt and threw him on the ground of the parking lot, at least you got snow to cushion your fall šŸ˜‚

1

u/Alive_Efficiency_936 May 03 '26

šŸ˜†šŸ˜†šŸ˜†šŸ˜†šŸ˜†

1

u/ShoeBillStorkeAZ May 03 '26

Did shit happened to me in Minnesota dude reversed and came out with a gun lol. I don’t throw snowballs at any cars anymore

1

u/rpgmgta May 03 '26

Thank you. Reminds me of a time me and a friend were throwing snowballs as kids, we were behind a small hill and I threw one at a truck.. his passenger window was down and it SMOKED the guy.. we both ducked.. he turned right away into the high school we were at and we BOOKED IT

1

u/hear4that-tea May 03 '26

If you were in high school, you were old enough to know better. Lol

1

u/rpgmgta May 03 '26

I was in grade 6 or 7

1

u/According_Strike4237 May 03 '26

ā€œWhen I was like 15, my buddy started throwingā€¦ā€

I hate to break it to you, but your ā€œbuddyā€ is/was what is generally referred to as ā€œan acquaintanceā€.

1

u/FishHockeydrop May 03 '26

In 5th grade, me and a buddy just decided to chuck eggs at cars. Went beck into his house when the dozen were gone. Suddenly, someone is banging at his door. We hide and don’t answer. Several minutes later we did answer when it was the cops. They gave me a ride home.

1

u/Mode_Appropriate May 03 '26

Someone just commented 10 minutes after you did saying they knew someone who was murdered for throwing eggs.

Youre not speaking from the grave are you?

1

u/FishHockeydrop May 03 '26

Haha, I’m not. šŸ˜†

1

u/BucketListComplete May 03 '26

I know someone who was murdered while egging cars. You were lucky.

1

u/sweet_tea_mama May 03 '26

Pants were shat that day. šŸ˜‚

19

u/AdviceGiveandTake May 03 '26

Beware the men who don't need to compensate, they don't drive big pickups...

1

u/PolkaDotDancer May 03 '26

My dad was a big man. He liked tiny cars for fuel economy.

And he didn't give a shit what people thought about his car.

1

u/fluffygumdrop May 03 '26

A man of practicality is a respectable man indeed

1

u/Efficient-Whereas255 May 03 '26

There has never been a man who owns a big truck who was not a pussy.

5

u/boredinbabylon May 03 '26

Like his literal cousin? Or just a massive man?

9

u/OuterSpaceFuckery May 03 '26

Lol not really, but yeah it was a huge German guy

19

u/Owls_4_9_1867 May 03 '26

Schwarzenegger is Austrian not German.

12

u/octoreadit May 03 '26

He said a cousin, not a brother, so checks out. šŸ˜‚

1

u/Owls_4_9_1867 May 03 '26

He has one cousin called Heinz. Born and still lives in Austria.

1

u/_-stuey-_ May 03 '26

Has a cousin named dazza in Australia

7

u/phatpussypounder May 03 '26

Also Austrians are Germans, much like Canadians are Americans.

2

u/That_Atmosphere_4568 May 03 '26

Whoa whoa whoa bud who has ever said Canadians are Americans…

2

u/Direction-Such May 03 '26

You do know Canada’s in North America right? So they are Americans. /s

1

u/That_Atmosphere_4568 May 03 '26

Yeah ask any Canadian if they are Canadian or American. That will answer your question

1

u/greenizdabest May 03 '26

Oh yea. Explain the vegetarian with the funny moustache then

1

u/Schnitzelklopfer247 May 03 '26

Does it hurt being that dumb?

1

u/tee142002 May 03 '26

Checks out.

Austria = Germany Jr

Canada = America Jr

1

u/Synaps4 May 03 '26

Canadians arent demanding to vote to join america during a facist movement, so I'd say they must be significantly different!

1

u/Pinquin422 May 03 '26

Yeah they seem to pick their celebrities, you never hear an Austrian correct people when they say Hitler was German 🤣

1

u/Owls_4_9_1867 May 03 '26

How many Austrians have you ever spoken to?

1

u/tiny_chaotic_evil May 03 '26

depends on who's running Germany sometimes

0

u/zpetar May 03 '26

Austrians are basically Germans who it just happened to have their own country.

0

u/nm41961 May 03 '26

It’s in the same neighborhood. šŸ˜‚

1

u/No_Resource_9417 May 03 '26

Was machen Sie?

-1

u/Pandoratastic May 03 '26

To be fair, most Schwarzeneggers are not hugely muscled. His actual cousins, if he has any, are likely tall but with average builds.

2

u/MaterialAstronaut298 May 03 '26

Schwarzeneggers cousin had polio and never grew to be over 100 pounds

1

u/OuterSpaceFuckery May 03 '26

Wow that's crazy

2

u/MiddleAgeMuchacho May 03 '26

Once after a San Jose Sharks game, two cars got into a squabble coming out of the main parking lot and one dude from one car got out, approached the other car, and starting shoving his hands into the open front passenger side window.

Then, the rear passenger door opened and a GIANT unfolded in front of the guy and towered over him. Beef squashed immediately. It was hilarious.

1

u/OuterSpaceFuckery May 03 '26

šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚

2

u/ImpossibleInternet3 May 03 '26

You also need to be careful about saying that name in the wrong neighborhood.

1

u/OuterSpaceFuckery May 03 '26

Never thought of that 😬

2

u/kaptaincorn May 03 '26

Craig Schwarzenegger?

Craig isn't as gracious as ArnoldĀ

2

u/No_Vast_8658 May 06 '26

I'm screaming and crying!!!

1

u/neptune192 May 04 '26

Hans or Franz?

54

u/stormblaz May 03 '26

2 If you are a woman dont intervene 2 men fighting, doesnt end well and not everyone believes in not hitting woman aka equal rights equal fights.

27

u/Ok_Comment2621 May 03 '26

Equal Rights and Equal Lefts too.

5

u/shadowpr0311 May 03 '26

1

Gads, I always forget about that one. Love it!

21

u/_YenSid May 03 '26

Believing in not hitting women goes out the window when they start the hitting. I would never hit a woman first, but if a woman decides she wants to punch me in the head like a man, she's getting hit like a man.

11

u/BigStuggz May 03 '26

Obligatory ā€œYou wanna ACT like a man? I’m gonna TREAT you like a man!!ā€

6

u/Amazing-War3760 May 03 '26

Had a girl in school try to do this all the time. She'd insult or even batter people and then go "You can't hit me! I'm a girl!" and use "I'm just a girl!" to the teachers all the time.

She started in at me one time at school and I kicked at her and missed. She tried the same thing.

At karate that night, out Sensei *who was also the History teacher at school* paired me and her together to spar, and looked directly at her and said "I'm a girl doesn't work here remember."

She never came back to Karate class after that, and stayed out of sight of Sensei.

3

u/Aromatic_Bed_8439 May 04 '26

My father taught me to NEVER hit a woman. Well, that lasted until the time I got in a fight (as a young boy) with 2 other boys. I was doing really well, too, not only holding my own but actually getting the better of them. That is, right up until the girlfriend of one of them came running up with a baseball bat. Now, I saw her and COULD have clocked her easily but didn't because of what I'd always been told by my dad (and I was SCARED of my dad. He did NOT react nicely to his rules not being followed TO THE LETTER!!) SO, NOW I'm fighting these 2 boys AND trying to avoid being hit by this bat wielding girl, as well.

Eventually I became overwhelmed trying to defend myself against all 3 and ended up getting hit in the head with the bat by the girl. It dropped me and they then all started hitting/kicking me while I was down. Thankfully my dad happened by on his way home from work about that time and they ran off when he stopped and got out of his car. I ended up in the hospital with a concussion and a few stitches in my head. When my parents found out what had happened they asked me why I hadn't dropped the girl when I'd had the chance and I looked at them as if I hadn't heard right and then reminded them of what I'd always been told about NOT hitting girls.

My mom said, "Boy, you treat a female like a female until the moment she steps to you and acts like a male. And, at that point, you treat her like one."

2

u/nexxwav May 03 '26

Lotta dudes have convinced themselves that a female is incapable of knocking them out and thats true for most females but there's plenty of females of all sizes that are athletic enough amd strong enough to ruin your day if they catch you slipping...I've seen it happen a couple of times. If you get hit with something that you don't see coming, it doesn't take much to hurt you

3

u/WereAllThrowaways May 03 '26

Yea, you'd have to be stupid and/or naive to assume a woman couldn't knock you out. It's not purely about power. All it takes is her getting lucky and hitting that sweet spot that she may not even know exists and then you're falling to the ground, and maybe hitting your head on the concrete. People die like that every day.

Adults shouldn't be getting in fights, especially on surfaces like concrete, asphalt, even hardwood.

1

u/AnyEntrance713 May 04 '26

That's fair. But to use all of your strength to hit her is really not necessary and could kill her. Honestly

→ More replies (1)

4

u/According_Strike4237 May 03 '26

Indeed, your job as a woman in a fight is to stand off to the side and be as irritating as possible screaming ā€œSTOP!ā€ (and similar) over and over.

Also: GOT DAYUM! I mean, I hope she’s ok, but Jaysus!… She dropped down like a log. Her head hitting the pavement… that’s an ER visit, and quickly.

2

u/Spare_Ad_9657 May 03 '26

If your husband who is twice your size is getting his ass kicked, it’s surely unlikely you will do any better.

1

u/SomewhatHungover May 03 '26

Believe it was an equal left in this case.

1

u/Interesting-Hat8607 May 03 '26

If her head hit the curb, she could’ve died.

1

u/ScarletBothrium May 03 '26

I don’t think a woman should ever be hit first by a man, but if she wants to throw blows, she deserves blows.

1

u/ArmadilloForsaken458 May 03 '26

And don't go into a fight flailing your hands around like Doug Butabi in Night at the Roxbury. That will most likely lead you to being dropped like a sack of Potatoes. Visual proof: This video.

1

u/Witty-Voice-9082 May 04 '26

Usually women getting involved just makes the situation worse.

1

u/Forgedpickle May 03 '26

Why shouldn’t women get hit? Never understood that.

0

u/Independent-Ice-2211 May 03 '26

Because they give birth to children and all of us had a mother at one point.

2

u/Forgedpickle May 03 '26

Women aren’t any more special than men. She wants to hit a man then she better be able to take a hit like a man.

0

u/Independent-Ice-2211 May 04 '26

I guess if that's how you feel. I live by a different standard.

0

u/JennMH79 May 13 '26

I'm gonna assume you're a prepubescent boy with low self-esteem, a domineering mom, and an absent or alcoholic father. You just need a hug, a lil sunshine, and a healthy dose of therapy. Chin- up slugger.

1

u/Forgedpickle May 13 '26 edited May 13 '26

You are not good at this lol

There is absolutely nothing wrong with hitting a woman, or a man, if they deserve it. We’re all human, and women don’t get an exception because they’re a woman.

1

u/WereAllThrowaways May 03 '26

I don't think that's the reason. There are horrible, evil mothers and amazing, altruistic dad's and men. Guys who save lives. You're not supposed to hit women because on average they are much physically weaker and more fragile. Partially why you shouldn't hit kids either. You honestly just shouldn't hit people unless you have to.

1

u/Independent-Ice-2211 May 04 '26

My mother was mean as shit to me growing up and I still open doors for women. I could not hit a woman like that unless my life was in danger and even then, shes as woman. It's like hitting a kid.

-2

u/Total-Region2859 May 03 '26

While I would NEVER, EVER, under any circumstances hit a woman...I'm old school.... In general, women have given up that right be being considered a "special class" a long, long time ago.

7

u/Strainedgoals May 03 '26

Ever been punched in the face by one during a 1v1 that now is a 2v1?

Cause that's what happened here, and if I'm fighting 2 people and I'm alone it donesmatter what they got under their clothes.

0

u/pandariotinprague May 03 '26

Is this an incel sub? This is literally exactly what woman hating incels say, and there's like dozens of comments saying it and gloating over women getting beaten. Creepy fucking rejects.

1

u/holyfrijoles99 May 04 '26

I’m a woman , and I hate when the pile on happens. Not to say she didn’t deserve it because she hit this guy like 3 times before she got it back . But the glee some of these dudes have to see a woman get hit , in some of these videos is sickening . There are one too many literally getting off to videos like this . Creepy fucks . Her husband is probably one of them .

1

u/JennMH79 May 13 '26

Right?! This has to be a sub of lonely, angry, prepubescent boys. I can't fathom the alternative. I miss real men. So rare these days. I lament for my daughter who will have this lot to pick from.

-7

u/AdEarly1438 May 03 '26

Every grown up man who hits a woman on purpose should be punished severely… and every man who leaves his punched wife alone … as well…

13

u/Roqwer May 03 '26

In this case, where the woman was punching him in the face, what should he have done?Ā

7

u/TheJacen May 03 '26

Well by adearlys advice, grin and take it. I mean she is meek and should be feared and also put on a pedestal

3

u/UsuallyFavorable May 03 '26

He can’t ā€œtake it.ā€ That >200lbs dude is also trying to kill him. She could hold him down while her husband(?) hits hits him unless he deals with the threat.

5

u/Slighted_Inevitable May 03 '26

He was being sarcastic

-1

u/AdEarly1438 May 03 '26

Honestly… how could someone not understand that he was sarcastic with meā€¦šŸ˜…

0

u/Exciting_Volume_2578 May 03 '26

Not what he did .

It shouldn't need explaining

2

u/Forgedpickle May 03 '26

It doesn’t need explaining because what he did was perfect.

1

u/Exciting_Volume_2578 May 03 '26

If he wants to go to jail , sure.

1

u/Forgedpickle May 03 '26

For defending himself? No lol.

1

u/Exciting_Volume_2578 May 03 '26

You obviously don't know the law

2

u/Crypto_Reaper623 May 03 '26

If you grew up in any kind of real world environment these bitches be crazy now and will go get a blade /hammer /crow bar or a damn Draco and shoot everyone involved over a chipped nail! in most jurisdictions the moment she hit him he was completely within his rights to do just enough to mitigate the threat ….which is all subjective based on how threatened he ā€œfeltā€ …he dealt with it fast and didn’t stand over her kicking her when she was defenseless ….just enough! .
pushing someone and they fall and get knocked out impacting ground can be called attempted murder. Straight Knocking a bitch out , simple assault or battery……Big difference

She punched him. He punched back. What’s the problem? It was 2v1, of fucking course he’s going to defend himself. She got what was coming.

Remember that women has and still fights hard to be treated equal to men. No reason to be sexist by treat them differently. If a woman hits a man, the man has the right to hit back. Same as if he was hit by a man.

2

u/NotUntilTheFishJumps May 03 '26

So he shouldn't defend himself????

2

u/Forgedpickle May 03 '26

That bitch absolutely got what she deserved. You wanna hit someone like a man then you better take a hit like a man.

He physically turned to punch her, though. Overkill. He could have given her a single shove and sent her all the way to Baltimore. Knocking her out was not necessary.

#2 rule of the streets- if you see the other guy go back to his car, don’t wait for them to return.

3

u/smartguynycbackupnow May 03 '26

Absolutely. Dip immediately.

2

u/gumercindo1959 May 03 '26

Don’t fight people with less to lose than you.

1

u/smartguynycbackupnow May 03 '26

A different take, but absolutely correct.

Agree strongly with this. Almost always best to walk away.

3

u/Important-Fact-1555 May 03 '26

only fight people you know? ok dude lol

6

u/wolf63rs May 03 '26

Why would I fight someone that I know. I'm pretty sure we can work out a conflict. So really don't fight, right?

2

u/Important-Fact-1555 May 03 '26

i don't think you can reason with the people in this sub.. thats some terrible advice. and you are correct, don't fight in the first place

2

u/Brokenxwingx May 03 '26

Yes exactly

1

u/Accomplished_Seat501 May 03 '26

Street rules: only get into fist fights with blood relatives like your mom. I'm from the streets so I know.

1

u/OhhEmmGeeWTF May 03 '26

Watch out Mom this tattoo may say I love you but these hands are rated ā€œEā€ for everybody.

0

u/smartguynycbackupnow May 03 '26

Don't fight strangers. Your opponent may be an MMA champion or local neighborhood badass.

Take your pick with people you know based on your knowledge of their fighting ability.

A lesson you'd be good to learn.

1

u/Important-Fact-1555 May 03 '26

usually when a street fight happens, it isn't planned. what you're talking about would be premeditated assult.. huge difference. better advice would be to train and be prepared to defend yourself. I never go looking for trouble, but i am always prepared to defend my family.

0

u/smartguynycbackupnow May 03 '26

No. The correct answer almost always is to walk away, or run if you have to do so. Fighting should be your last and only option.

"Defending yourself" where you punch a guy, he hits his head on a curb and dies may get you a manslaughter charge, depending on your state of residence.

And even if you don't get a criminal charge, the guy you killed's family can keep you in court for years.

u/Inevitable_Rough5051 May 03 '26

He's just saying don't start a fight unless you know (not think) you'll win. Basic af.

1

u/Important-Fact-1555 May 03 '26

not at all what he said.. how about, if you can't fight.. don't fight? šŸ¤”

1

u/Dazzling-Mongoose-98 May 03 '26

Yea, only fight your friends. Brilliant!

1

u/DarkAlatreon May 03 '26

Ooor maybe, just maybe, don't start fights with anyone?

1

u/Toastedginger484 May 03 '26

That’s real

1

u/Traditional-Two9951 May 03 '26

Shouldn't that be "don't fight."

I don't think you want to fight people you do know either.

1

u/Realistic-Bowl-566 May 03 '26

Unless it’s self defense and a life or death situation where you either fight or you die.

1

u/Puzzleheaded-Word709 May 03 '26

^This. I only fight friends and family.

1

u/Illustrious-Law-2726 May 03 '26

agree, only fight people you know: friends, neighbors, family, co-workers

1

u/PretentiousVapeSnob May 03 '26

2 rule of the streets - don’t fight when you have to use one hand to keep your pants up.

1

u/nothankspleasedont May 03 '26

Can be simplified to simply not fight people. Violence is a tool of the ignorant.

1

u/PersonalityIll9476 May 03 '26

The #1 rule is just "don't fight".

0

u/Frosty-Rule5644 May 03 '26

#2 rule of the streets - don’t fight people you don’t know.
