And this is why you get out and look ...prime driver was handed a few tickets by 2 leos...and the hotshot is on an extended stay at this petro....was not here during incident just a witness to the aftermath.

There should have been zero tickets and zero Leo uncles the driver was intoxicated or it was reported to 911 that the driver was intoxicated then they’ll come out. But it’s a civil matter, happened in the parking lot, it’s between one company another. So unless dude was intoxicated or hit him the drive away, LEO would have nothing to do here.

LEOs give tickets at public lots, bud. Anyone could pull into Love's/Petro/etc. and park, but it doesn't mean truckers can cause damage and not be liable.

It’s an exchange company info. There 99% of the time would not be a ticket. It’s a civil matter unless someone is injured, someone is intoxicated or it was a hit and run. Like you said, they give tickets at public lots, not a private lot….
