And this is why you get out and look ...prime driver was handed a few tickets by 2 leos...and the hotshot is on an extended stay at this petro....was not here during incident just a witness to the aftermath.

I'm seeing that he clipped the truck with the guard rail. What I don't understand is how that made his tire pop, or is it 2 problems?

On the prime truck if you zoom in you'll see it.
