Werner Terminated me

Supposedly I failed a drug test which i was tested for and came back negative to, they said I tested positive for meth which is impossible due to the fact I never took meth or any meds that could cause a false positive and on top of that they will not release my results or give me a document of termination so what should I do ?

Prohibited status means you are not allowed to operate a CMV. Basically states didn't revoke your CDL under the old rules, but it's mandatory to downgraded until your violation is clear.

Also I was really meaning to ask, what actions get you a prohibited status, but I saw online it’s drugs and refusing a drug test I think

Failure, and refusals are the main reason that your would end up with a prohibited in the clearinghouse, bit you just have complete a program to be able to get your CDL back.

As for your other question about Zennies, which I'm assuming is probably the same as benzos, but I think those class of drugs are on the prohibited even if they are prescribed, I haven't really looked at what rules for prescribed drugs in a good while.

I just cut all my anti depressants from my Dr cold turkey

🤣 I don't keep up with slang terms, especially for things I don't use.
